It’s ten at night and majority of the household is home.

The living room that’s currently blasting the newest episode of Running Man consists of Chanyoung, Baekhee, Seyun, Luhan, Junghae and Tao.

Baekhee keeps gushing about how she needs to meet Jihyo and proclaim her homoual love to the older woman and thus marrying her in the process. Tao, on the other hand, is entertaining herself more with insulting Baekhee’s girl crush then the episode itself.

Junghae and Luhan are butting heads as they’re both rooting for the other team; Junghae rooting for Jongkook’s and Luhan for Jaesuk’s all the while Seyun is stuck with a resting face between them. The two butthead’s keep getting too heated and thus go flesh to flesh with Seyun’s body that’s like an invisible wall between them. She honestly wants to smack their right now.

And then there’s Chanyoung who’s purely enjoying the episode, not really caring about which team won and just giggling along every time something unfortunate happens to Kwangsoo.

Over in the kitchen are Kyungri and Jungin who have gotten up from the lively living room to make some light snacks for the back to back episodes. More so Kyungri is the one making the snacks—pigs in the blanket to be precise—and Jungin is sitting at one of the stools at the kitchen island just watching.

The household is peaceful and energetic until a loud slam of a door echoes from the second floor.

The voices from the TV grow quiet and the pair in the kitchen catches Junhee taking the stairs three by three to the base floor with a plastic white bag swinging in her hands. She heads straight for the living room.

“Who started their period a day early?” Junhee projects her question in a firm tone as she holds the bag up to the six tenants present in the living room. She gives each of the quiet women a look, “And who didn’t throw away their evidence?”

Junghae raises her arm up like a student; back straight and lips smiling. Seyun, who was hit in the process of Junghae’s quick arm movement, scowls at the preppy woman who seems a little too eager to answer Junhee (it makes Seyun nervous).

“Yes, Junghae?”

“I don’t wear pads. I stick tampons up my .” Junghae states it like a proud fact and doesn’t fail to make quick eye contact with Seyun who tenses.

Junhee sighs at the woman’s vulgar words.

“Yeah I don’t wear pads either.” Luhan pips in with with a shrug, completely lost on why Junhee looks like she's on level two; frustrated. They're just pads in a bag.

"Started beginning of the month so I'm off the list." Tao sasses with a growing smirk that she hides under her hand.

Baekhee’s eyes widen as the list narrows down. Her mind is suddenly blank and she starts to think, 'Did I start today?', as she's shifts in her seat to spot any wetness. Once Junhee's eye lands on her, she opens to agree that she too uses tampons (sometimes, they're very uncomfortable) but Chanyoung beats her to it.

“I think Seyun and Jungin are coming up and they both mainly use pads? I mean the rest of us do to but usually they're the lightweight ones and those don't look like light pads.” The shrugging grey-haired woman was like an angel to Baekhee but a devil to Seyun.

“Seyun,” Junhee begins, a sweet smile gracing her face, “why-”

“It’s not mine!” Seyun shouts in panic. She could’ve sworn she threw away the bag earlier today and now she’s dead meat if she owns up to it. She doesn’t want a repeat of last month.

“Well it’s not mine!” Jungin’s voice is far but she appears no second later then her claim. She points out of the living room toward the open corridor, “Plus, my period isn’t until three more days! I haven’t even had the signs yet…” She pouts.

Junhee brings the arm holding the bag across her chest whilst bringing the other to pinch the bridge of her nose. She has set a firm rule about the girls' periods and that’s to not only place your personal trash in little bags to throw them away but to also always, always keep the house calendar (that’s place in the open corridor) up to date with their periods. It’s a house full of growing woman thus when one starts early, everyone else does too.

No one wants to have a red spot during class or their jobs unexpectedly.

Seyun makes a show of just how difficult it is to get up (she knees Junghae in the process; mouths “I hate you” to Tao and gives a death glare to Chanyoung) with loud groans and whining once she realizes that Junhee isn’t buying her lie.

She yanks the bag from Junhee's hands, holding a ten second stare until she huffs and walks towards the front door.

Once outside she starts to curse at Chanyoung, Tao and Junghae and vows to get even with them, not noticing Kris walking up from late night classes.

“Whoa! Did you go to the fish market today Seyun?” Kris laughs and playfully shoves Seyun’s shoulder on the way to the front door.

Seyun gives Kris the dirtiest glare she could muster (despite the latter never looking back), slams the bag into the tiny trashcan and stomps back to the house.

She’ll get her revenge.
