The soft yet demanding voice spoke authoritatively, focusing everyone’s curiosity on the speaker. The speaker then stepped down as the King and Queen rose to the podium elegantly, hand in hand. They gave everyone their dashing smile as they gestured another couple to come up on the stage.

Chanyeol turned towards the smaller man who was trembling by now. He touched his knee in an assuring manner and then offered his hand for Kyungsoo. The latter looked really pale and he was sweating profusely underneath his tuxedo but he decided to ignore it as he held on to the taller man’s arm and got up from his seat.

Hand in hand, they stood up on the small stage and bowed in front of everyone. Then they stood up and smiled as the photographer and media clicked pictures of them along with the King and Queen. After everything quieted down, the King approached the mike and started speaking.

“Good evening ladies and gentlemen.” He began addressing the audience, grabbing their attention immediately. “As you all know, 10 months ago my eldest son Crown Prince Park Chanyeol got married to the handsome Do Kyungsoo and now the day has finally arrived when I introduce them as the Royal Couple after me and my beautiful wife.” He smiled at the Queen before turning to speak again.
