Summary: No one knew what happened, but jiyong is suddenly all over the boy the next day.

Jiyong never hated the boy. Disliked at some point, sure, but never hated. The boy came in like a whirlwind into jiyong's life and he wasn't sure, then, if he liked the surprise.

Their relationship during their trainee days wasn't as bad as the boy had once mentioned in a live broadcast, Jiyong just didnt want to show his approval to the boy who seemed to bond well with the other members despite the age difference for reasons he, himself, didnt know. He just didnt want to, and so he didnt.

Maybe it had something to do with the boy's oozing confidence that jiyong could never find in himself to have enough of because he felt he wasn't at that point in his life yet to be overly confident nor would he want to if it ever came to that point. He never was the type to boast about his abilities but maybe thats because he had other people do it for him. He didnt ask them to, they just did, and Jiyong was fine with that.

However, this boy was so full of himself sometimes that Jiyong couldn't help but scold the boy and hope it'll deflate his ego just a little. Unfortunately, that didnt do the trick nor was jiyong ever able to deflate the boy's enormous ego. He just had too much and jiyong could never compete with that despite trying so many times over the years.
