Met and fall in love with Lee Minho during high school. He is her first love. She love him and always supports his dream. Until one day, she heard nothing from him When she need him the most.

Lee Min Ho – An ambitious part time model and a breakthrough actor. Love his girlfriend, Park Shin Hye so much. He always try his best to be a better person for Shin Hye and his hardworks pays off when he got a love call from a very well-known entertainment company. But, every golden opportunity that come has a price to pay. He has to choose between love and dream. What will he choose?

Ji ChangWook – the 4^th generation of the Ji’s family. A well-known conglomerate in the medical world. Almost all of his family members and top class doctors since his great grandfather. He is an eligible bachelor that every girl dream for. Handsome, smart, genius, kind, and rich. Handling and Work at his family hospital in Busan and also own a private clinic. Remain single and rejects most heiresses his family set him up because of the painful past he cannot forget. Met Shinhye coincidently during her lowest time of her life and help her. Will he fall in love again or he just helps her out of sympathy?

Supporting Characters

Kim So Eun - Shin Hye's room mate and best friend. She treats ShinHye like her sister and always there for her. She is like her family in Korea as her grandmother is away. Always stands by ShinHye side regardless what happens. 

Kim Sung Ryung - Ji ChangWook's mother. She love her son so much and always try to get ChangWook come back to Seoul. A connector between ChangWook and his dad as she understands both her husband and her son. Open minded and doesn't care about social status. 

Kim Hae Sook - ShinHye's grandmother. Working as a proffesor in Japan. She is the one who raised ShinHye after her parents died in accident. 

Ji Jin Hee - ChangWook's father. ChangWook believes that he has something to do with JiHyun's death. Have an estranged relationship with his son since that. A talented top cardiothorasic surgeon. A serious person who doesn't know how to show affections. Keeps a big secret that only his wife knows what is it. 

Kim Mi Kyung - Nanny to the Ji siblings. Since her husband died, she works with the Ji family looking after the kids. She doesn't have kids on her own so she pour her motherly love to the Ji siblings. Among all the siblings, she is closest to ChangWook so when ChangWook move to Busan her lady boss (ChangWook's mom) ask her to accompany him to take care of him. 

Ji Chang Min - Ji JinHee and Kim SungRyung first son. A cardiothorasic surgeon like his father and working at their family hospital. Married with kids and a family man. A very good hyung to ChangWook. Since ChangWook doesn't want to work with their dad he has take his responsibilites and help their dad running the hospital. 

Ji Chang Young - ChangWook's younger brother. A medical student and soon to be groom as top surgeons just like his brothers. He always looks up at his brothers and wish that one day his family could be complete again.

Ji Yoo Jung - Ji Jin Hee and Kim SungRyung youngest and only daughter. The little fairy in the family. Besides being the baby to her parents, she is also the apple of the eye to her brothers. Her cuteness always melts her brothers heart. One of the reason ChangWook can bear family events tho he doesn't like it.

Song Jae Rim - Kim So Eun's boyfriend/fiance/husband and also a friend of ShinHye. When ShinHye left Seoul, he help to look for her high and low. One of the person apart of So Eun that always comes to Shin Hye aid.
