"I'm sorry. He didn't make it," the doctor bowed as he told Sehun the tragic words, "Mr Lu Han passed away today, Wednesday 20th April at 16:45."

The words went through Sehun's head. They didn't quite reach inside his brain, just bumped somewhere on the surface and then were swept away by a cold breeze that made Sehun shiver.

It wasn't the first time, that the doctor had given this news to a loved one's relatives. By this time, he knew all of the reactions that he could expect. The ones who instantly broke down crying and screaming and others, like Sehun, who went very silent.

People always had their own way to feel a feeling. And grief is one of the most hardest feelings to take.

Knowing that there was nothing else he could do, the doctor gently put a hand on Sehun's shoulder and squeezed it while nodding his head in sympathy.

"Can I..." Sehun finally looked up, tears starting to fall, "Can I see him?"

The doctor squeezed his shoulder even harder, "I am afraid that won't be possible," he said, "Mr Lu Han, he is not your relative or has any connection with you..."

"He's my husb…" Sehun stopped and looked at the end of the corridor with a dead look in his eyes, "He was my husband."

"I understand, Mr Oh" the doctor said, "But as you said, Luhan was your husband and you had a divorce, so legally he has no connections to you whatsoever. As Luhan had no family and he is citizen of China, a special arrangement has been made for the body to be taken back to its country of origin, where it will be buried.."

"But that's not possible!" Sehun was starting to sweat in fear of not ever being able to say goodbye to Luhan, "I won't allow it! Luhan doesn't deserve to die alone, like this."

"There is nothing we can do," the doctor said as he started to walk away, "I am very sorry for your loss, Mr Oh."

"Why?" Sehun shouted as panic gripped his heart.

The doctor stopped and sighed, "We looked up Mr Luhan's file and found his will," he explained, "There was not much on it, but he requested, in case of death to be taken back to his hometown and be buried there. And he didn't want any of his friends to be there. So I am very sorry, Mr Oh, but we have to respect Luhan's will. And let me tell you, there are other ways to say goodbye. Remember the body is not what made Luhan who he was. Even if we let you see the body, it will not carry anything but the image of Luhan. Not his soul. That's why please don't be angry if Luhan wrote his will in such a way. He knew that there is no point to cry over a body. the soul won't return to
