The next day, SinB woke up and walked to the bathroom, she didn’t slept much that night, her brain was replaying her previous afternoon with Yuju. She couldn’t stop thinking about what her crush told her. When she was finally about to go to school but was greeted by her dad that walked out of the kitchen.

“Baby girl, you are not going to grab breakfast before leaving?” asked her dad nicely.

SinB smiled and walked toward the table to eat. She looked around confused. “Where’s umma?”

“Your umma went to work already. She has a meeting.” he said and SinB nodded as she started to eat.

“Baby girl, is everything ok?” asked SinB’s dad a little worried.

SinB nodded. “Yeah, of course. School is going well, my mark is on the top too.” she explained knowing it was really important for her parents that she was doing fine at school.

SinB’s dad shook his head. “I’m asking about you. Not about school.” he insisted seeing something was wrong with his princess.

SinB looked at him and smiled “Yeah, of course.”

“You know daddy is always here for you right?” he said sincerely and SinB nodded. He let her take a sip of orange juice before continuing. “Are you dating?” he asked making SinB choke on her food.

“What?!” she asked shocked by the sudden personal question.

“Nono, it’s just that, daddy have been seeing you sad lately and...I was wondering if it’s because of your boyfriend or perhaps ur crush?” he asked clearly worried and not to scold her or anything.

SinB coughed again. “Daddy, I’m not dating anyone!!!” she said embarrassed to talk about that with him even if he was probably way more cool than her mother about dating.

“Ok okay, I was just saying! As long as he treat you as a princess and you like him. Daddy will accept it ok? Don’t be scare to come to talk to me.” he said smiling and winking at her, wanting to clear the air and make his daughter more comfortable.

SinB looked at her dad and smiled. “Yes daddy.” she answered while nodding.

“Don’t tell your mom about this conversation though!” he winked at SinB again who nodded even more.

“OF COURSE!! Mommy would kill both of us!” she exclaimed and SinB’s dad laughed. They chit chatted a bit and he decided to send SinB to school by car before heading to the office.

As SinB got out of the car, she went toward the cafeteria and saw Sowon here. She sat down and looked around trying to spot someone dear to her.

“She went to washroom. She will be back, don’t worry.” teased Sowon in which SinB stuck her tongue to her.

“How was your date?” asked Sowon in which SinB rolled her eyes.

“It’s not a date. We just chill a bit…” SinB gulped, not sure if she should tell Sowon what happen fearing she would end up crying. “By the way it was nice of you to insist so Yuju would hang out with me and not with Jackson…”

Sowon looked at SinB and nodded. “Of course, I’m sure you would do the same for me.” she said smiling before looking around but Yuju wasn’t coming back yet. “You didn’t do anything special?” asked Sowon but SinB just looked at Sowon and arched an eyebrow.

“Are you implying you did something special with Eunha?” smirked SinB as soon as she saw Sowon eyes widen.

“What?! No no!! I didn’t do anything!” said Sowon blushing madly.

Then SinB felt a warm hug from behind it was Yuju. that smiled brightly at her as their eyes meet.

“Hi SinB!! I miss you!!” said Yuju before giving a peck on SinB’s cheek.

“Didn’t you just see each other yesterday?” asked Eunha as she sat down beside Sowon who smiled at the short girl.

“Ah, yeah just the afternoon.” answered Yuju then Sowon looked at SinB confused. She thought SinB and Yuju spent the whole day together.

SinB saw Sowon staring at her. “What?” asked SinB to the tall girl who was now staring at her.

“What? I can’t look at you?” asked Sowon back immediately.

SinB rolled her eyes. “Yeah, I know I am soooo pretty you can’t take your eyes off me!” said SinB in which Sowon laughed.

“What were you two talking about?” intercepted Eunha, trying to sound as normal as possible but her voice was betraying her and a light blush appeared on her cheeks as she meet eyes with Sowon.

SinB smirked. “Oh, I asked how was her “outing” with you?” said SinB as she quoted the outing word with her fingers. “And she answered that SHE didn’t do anything. So now, my question is, did YOU do something special then Eunha?” asked SinB and Eunha eyes widened immediately before then both of them blushed.

SinB smirked even more. “Hmm, I’m waiting for an answer.” she said teasing her friends, knowing something probably happened between them. SinB really hoped one of this two confessed to the other because it was really sad seeing them turning around each other and not making any move especially when everybody could see they clearly loved each other.

Then Yuju nudged SinB. “Let’s go? It’s time for class! Today we have most of our class together!! Let’s hang out after ok?” said Yuju a little excited.

SinB looked at Yuju and nodded happily. They both stood up and SinB was about to follow Yuju but before, she e last time to the table. “I’m still waiting” She mouthed to Sowon & Eunha then she winked then disappeared with Yuju.

During class, the teacher assigned some work for them to do in team of two. So SinB and Yuju were super happy working together. SinB, as expected, was able to solve the problem quickly but then when she looked over at Yuju she giggled. Yuju looked very lost and was pouting.

“You are done already?” whined Yuju in which SinB nodded.

“I’ll teach you.” said SinB nicely then Yuju smiled happily.

After they were done, there were still time, so they started to talk.

“What do you want to do after?” asked SinB.

“Hmm, we can grab something to eat first. Then we will see?” said Yuju as she take out her phone.

SinB frowned as she saw Yuju smiling.

“Jackson?” asked SinB biting her own tongue. She already regretted asking this but it was too late.

Yuju nodded with a shy smile. “Yeah. He asks if I’m in class.” said Yuju with a light blush on her face.

SinB nodded then went back to read her answer, definitely regretting asking and not wanting to hear more.

Yuju put her phone away then poked SinB gently, wanting to regain her attention. “You okay?” she asked worried.

SinB nodded. “So, you have plan with him after?” asked SinB a little colder than she intended and hoping her answer was no.

Yuju smiled at her. “No, I said I will hang with you today.” answered Yuju hugging SinB’s arm quickly to reassure her then SinB smiled happily.

After class, Yuju and SinB were walking out of school. They were deciding where to go but then SinB noticed that Yuju eyes looked behind her with a smile on her lips. SinB turned around and saw someone holding a bouquet of flowers.

“Surprise!” said a boy voice. It was Jackson.

“Ah!! Thank you!” said Yuju blushing as she took the flowers Jackson was offering her.

SinB gulped, her heart wasn’t feeling well seeing how happy Yuju looked like when she smelled the flowers and looked at Jackson with affection.

Then Jackson looked at SinB. “Oh Hi SinB. Remember me?” he asked smiling at her.

SinB nodded and bowed politely. “Hi Jackson. Yes, I remember you.” she answered, how not remembering the guy that was trying to steal away her girl...

Jackson looked at Yuju. “Are you girls doing something?” he asked seeing SinB was still around.

Yuju looked at SinB and nodded. “Yeah, we were going to hang out.” she explained smiling.

Jackson smirked. “Awww, let’s hang out together then!”

Yuju looked happily at SinB. “You don’t mind right?!” she asked excitedly.

SinB didn’t know how to react. She wanted to say no but it would look rude. And seeing how happy Yuju looked like, SinB shook her head. “Of course I don’t mind.” she said looking at Yuju before faking a smile to Jackson.

“Let’s go to the mall to grab some snack then!” said Yuju happily as she started to walk.

Jackson followed quickly and wrapped his arm around Yuju’s waist which made SinB heart hurt. She was just staring at them. Then she saw Yuju turn around and smile at her. Yuju let SinB caught up with them and wrapped her arm around SinB’s arm as they started to walk toward the mall.

As they got there, Jackson suggested to go eat at a bar.

“Let’s go to the bar on the basement level! They have some good dishes too!” said Jackson in which Yuju smiled. SinB wanted to vomit, Yuju would probably agree to anything Jackson would suggest.

“Oh sure!!” exclaimed Yuju before looking at SinB. “You okay with that?” she asked her friend not wanting her to feel uncomfortable or anything but SinB just nodded.

They walked in and it was packed. So SinB suggested to go somewhere else but Jackson told them to wait. Then they saw him talking with the bartender then he came back and announced to the girls that he got them a table.

They walked to their table and Yuju took Jackson arm in hers, following him. “Wow! How did you do that?!” asked Yuju with admiration for the boy.

“Oh, I often come here with my friends. So we know the people here.” he winked to Yuju with a charming smile that made Yuju blush.

He gave the menu to the girls as they sat down around the table. “Here, order. I will pay.” said Jackson with so much confidence in his voice and SinB could see Yuju staring at him like he was the coolest guy on earth.

So SinB shook her head. “No it’s fine. We can pay our own share.” she said not looking at him as he looked at her surprised.

“Ah then, you can pay my share too then!!” he said which surprised SinB at his behavior.

“I was joking!” he laughed and SinB just sighed. She felt very awkward right now and didn’t know how to react.

“Stop that.” said Yuju to jackson who shook his shoulders before smiling. “SinB, don’t mind him. He’s always joking around like this.” said Yuju hitting Jackson playfully on the arm so SinB just nodded her head.

He laughed again as he looked at SinB again. “Don’t worry SinB you will get used to me, you will know me well soon!!” he said with a wink before putting his arm around Yuju’s neck and giving the girl a light kiss on the top of the head.

Yuju laughed and blushed before pushing him away nicely. “Let’s order something.” said Yuju looking at Jackson and he smiled at her again. SinB just rolled her eyes at them and looked at the menu. Then they decided on the food and order.

Jackson tried to initiate some conversation with SinB but the latter didn’t pay much attention to him. So Yuju and Jackson just kept talking among themselves. SinB could see how happy Yuju was. And from time to time she could see Yuju blushing and hiding her face as she shyly laughed at his stupid jokes. SinB sighed.

Their drinks arrived and Jackson arched an eyebrow when he saw that SinB was drinking water. “Oh, you didn’t order any cocktails? Why are you just drinking water? We are at a bar SinB!” said Jackson confused.

SinB looked at him. “I don’t like to drink alcohol.” she just said and he nodded without really understanding the girl.

Yuju smiled. “Yeah, SinB doesn’t like to. Don’t worry about her.” said Yuju.

Jackson raised his eyebrow. “Well that’s kinda boring don’t you think?” he said looking at SinB. “You should hang out more with us!! I’m sure you will enjoy and have alot of fun! Speaking of that.” he looked at Yuju now. “Babe, you wanna go to the club tonight with my boys? There’s an event tonight!” he said excited in which Yuju nodded happily.

“Oh sure!!” she said before looking at SinB. “You coming?” she asked expecting SinB to say yes but SinB just looked at Yuju and shook her head.

“No, I don’t like clubbing remember.” she said shyly, she was scared Jackson would call her boring again.

Yuju started to pout, she really wanted SinB to come with them. Then SinB’s phone vibrated, she took it out and saw a msg.

“Hey Buddy! Yerin messaged me asking if the supper with the dance director is still on tonight.”  read SinB before sighing then replied Umji.

“Yeah, let’s meet up soon. Where are you?”

“I’m near the mall, heading home.” responded Umji quickly.

“I’m coming, wait me at the entrance.” just typed SinB really fast.

“Okay”

Yuju was nudging SinB who looked at Yuju. “Hm?”

“Pleaseee let’s hang out at the club tonight!! It’s been a while since we went there!!” begged Yuju showing her cutest smile to SinB, she knew this smile would make SinB agreed for sure.

“No ar Yuju, I have plan tonight...” said SinB gathering her stuff in her bag.

Yuju raised her eyebrow. “What? What plan?” asked Yuju curious, she would usually know if SinB had plans.

“I’m going now.” just said SinB not answering Yuju’s questions and standing up.

“Where??” asked again Yuju frowning.

“I’m going to meet Umji.” said SinB looking down. “Have fun, bye.” quickly said SinB bowing politely, she really wanted to leave as fast as possible.

“Oh... okay, then... bye...” hesitated Yuju a little disappointed that SinB left suddenly.

“Bye!” said Jackson as he pulled Yuju closer to him. “Now it’s just me and you babe!” he winked and Yuju just blushed.

SinB sighed hearing this, she put some some money to pay her share and left with heavy heart. As she got out, she saw Umji at the entrance waiting for her. She approached Umji and hugged her. “Let’s go buddy.”

Umji nodded and they both walked away.

As they passed in front of SinB’s house, SinB stopped.

“SinB? You are not coming to my house?” asked Umji confused. She thought SinB wanted to go home with her.

“Hm… I think I’ll take a rest at home.” said SinB before shyly smiling at Umji. “Thanks for walking with me.”

Umji looked at SinB and pulled her for a hug. “Okay, I will come pick you up in few hours then okay?” she asked and SinB just nodded. “Hey I’m here for you. You know that right?” added Umji sincerely knowing something was bothering SinB but she didn’t want to push now since they had a dinner that night.

SinB nodded. “Yeah...I just need to clear my head a bit...I will go.”

Hellooooo! How did you find this chapter?? Our SinB was all happy to hang out with Yuju but end up having a sad time. And she even left Yuju there like that without more explanation! SinB, Umji and Sowon will be heading to Yerin house for supper. What do you think will happen?
