The next day, SinB received a message from Sowon, the tall girl was inviting her to her house for a BBQ party.

When she got there, Sowon opened the door and invited her in. SinB looked around and was surprised to see she was the first one. No one was there beside her for now. SinB was really amazed by the tall girl’s house. It was very pretty, not that big but spacious and with light colors on the walls, the decoration was simple but elegant and it smelled good, like flowers.

“Where’s your parents?” asked SinB wanting to greet them.

“Oh my mother is away for the weekend, that’s why we are having a BBQ! But don’t worry, they know that I invited you girls over.” Explained Sowon quickly showing the house to SinB.

“Oh I see… I didn’t meet you mother yet…” said SinB as Sowon put some drinks on the table.

“Haha, don’t worry, she heard about you already.” smiled Sowon turning around and walking to the garden.

SinB eyebrow flinched as she followed Sowon out. “What did you say about me…?! Better be something nice…” she said watching Sowon opening the protective cover of the grill.

Sowon turned to SinB and smiled at her. “Oh I told her that there’s nothing special about you, just that you were a random girl I met at school. Uglier and shorter than me, but very smart!” teased Sowon with a smile as SinB frowned.

“What?! Uglier than you?!” asked Sinb ready to jump on Sowon but Sowon, being taller than SinB caught her hand before she could reach her.

“Hahahaha, what? Am I wrong?! Look at my body proportion, I have a model body! So many people wish they can have my body.” explained Sowon all proud of herself.

SinB rolled her eyes and pretended to vomit in which Sowon smacked her. SinB would never understand how Sowon could be so confident about her body and then so shy and insecure when it comes to Eunha and their relationship. Sowon’s phone rang, making the two girls stop fighting. Sowon went to check it and pouted immediately as read the message she just received.

“What’s wrong?” asked SinB seeing the older girl’s pout.

“Nothing” just said Sowon while putting her phone back on the table. And turning around to take out some plates that she put on the table beside the coke cans.

SinB stared at her “As if I believe you.” she said walking to Sowon. “What did Eunha said?” she asked as Sowon eyes went wide.

“How did you know it was from her?!” asked Sowon shocked by SinB deduction

SinB rolled her eyes. “Who else could make you change your mood in an instant.” teased SinB in which Sowon pouted more.

“Eunha said she’s bringing Umji with her and hope I don’t mind.” explained Sowon knowing it was useless to hide this from SinB.

SinB laughed “Hahaha, I knew you would be unhappy.”

“What?!” pouted Sowon.

“Did something happened during the shopping? You three went shopping yesterday right?” asked SinB, figured that it must have link with their shopping trip.

“Yeah, but nothing much happened...” said Sowon looking away. SinB stared at her, waiting for a honest answer. “Okay, fine fine! I was jealous!” finally confessed Sowon. “We went to a store, Eunha saw a nice t-shirt.” she explained as SinB nodded raising her eyebrow still waiting for more information. Sowon sighed. “And there was a matching one...then Eunha asked Umji if she wanted to buy one with her...” pouted Sowon.

SinB laughed out loud. “Come on!! It’s just a shirt!!! Why are you jealous?!”

“But she could of ask ME!! Why ask Umji!!” asked Sowon really sad that Eunha didn’t think about her before asking Umji. Eunha barely knew the girl and wanted to buy matching shirt with her.Sowon was Eunha closest friend and she didn’t even asked her...

SinB put her hand on Sowon’s shoulder. “She just want to get something with Umji! She already got a cap for you no?”

“But...cap is cap, shirt is shirt.” said Sowon still jealous about that shirt.

“You are such a jealous freak!” said SinB giving up on arguing with this hardhead girl.

“What? What about you, Miss non jealous freak!” bit back Sowon.

SinB stared at the tall girl. “What?” she asked arching her eyebrows.

“You! Aren’t you a jealous freak too?” asked Sowon with a mocking tone. SinB just stared at her, totally confused on what she was talking about. “The way you looked when Yuju left without telling you. You were pouting like a kid!” added Sowon but SinB quickly denied.

“What are you talking about? What does that have to do with jealousy?!” asked SinB sincerely not knowing why was Sowon bringing this up. But before the two girl could continue the conversation they heard the door ring.

Sowon went to open the door, it was Yuju with some groceries. “Girlssss help me!!!” she exclaimed seeing Sown was just looking at her. Then Sowon quickly got some bags off Yuju while SinB rushed to her side and took the rest. They took all the bags and put it on the table.

“Only you two are here? Where are the rest?” asked Yuju while sitting on the sofa.

“Yeah, they will be here soon.” answered Sowon while sitting on the edge of the sofa, beside Yuju.

SinB went to get a can of coke from the table and hand it to Yuju who smiled at SinB. “Thanks!” she said happily drinking down the coke. “It feel so fresh, and it’s so hot outside!” added Yuju as SinB sat on the edge of the other side of the couch.

Yuju looked at SinB. “Why you sit so far away from us?” she asked and SinB just shook her shoulders.

Sowon stared at SinB and grinned but SinB saw it and just roll her eyes. She was not sure what jealous Sowon was talking about but she just felt uncomfortable now so she was trying to keep a bit of distance between herself and Yuju.

The doorbell rang again, Sowon smiled and quickly went to open the door. Her smiled faded away as she saw Umji.

“Hi Sowon…” said Umji a bit shy.

“Oh hi Umji.” said Sowon barely looking at the shy girl then she looked around. “Where’s Eunha?”

“I’m here” said Eunha approaching behind Umji while holding some stuff. Sowon quickly helped the short girl and SinB went to help Umji. They put everything on the table with the rest of the stuff.

Sowon smiled, Eunha was dressed in a cute short short and a sleeveless shirt but then she frowned seeing that Umji was wearing the same outfit as Eunha but in different color. It was the one they bought together the day before.

SinB pulled Umji to her as they sat back on the couch and laid her head on her best friend’s shoulder. “Umji ar, I missed you...” pouted SinB in a cute voice.

Umji giggled. “What? You just saw me before yesterday! And we asked you to join us yesterday but you didn't want to come see me!!” whined Umji in which SinB giggled and turned away before standing up.

They took out all the food and started preparing dishes. Eunha and Sowon were preparing the food out while Umji was taking the plates and stuff out from the table and bringing them in the garden on the little table beside the barbecue.

SinB got closer to the barbecue and decided to start the fire. Yuju looked around, not sure where to go to help, it seemed like everyone was doing their stuff. Then she smiled and went toward SinB circling the girl from behind with her arms. “I miss you SinB!!” whispered Yuju to SinB ear which flutter the girl.

“Oh my, Yuju you scared me!!” whined SinB taking a step away from the grill and turned around to face Yuju who giggled and offered her help. SinB accepted it and both of them started cooking the food together on the barbecue.

“I didn’t know you could cook, Yuju!” teased Sowon and Eunha laughed, it was true that since they meet the girl and became friends, they never saw Yuju cook anything.

“What?! Yes I can cook!” exclaimed Yuju to the two mocking girls. “I do this at home too!” she explained while SinB was laughing. Being distracted by the girls teasing each other and not paying attention to the fire, SinB accidently burn her arm on the BBQ.

“Ouch!!” screamed SinB and everyone jumped before rushing to her.

Yuju was the first to help her since she was beside her. “Omo, SinB-ya, are you okay?!” she asked worried as she saw a burn mark forming on the girl’s arm. She quickly dragged SinB to the sink and put some water on it.

SinB flinched and made a face. “Ouch...It hurt!!” she said on edge of crying.

Yuju frowned. “Hey don’t cry baby ar!!” she patted her friend’s head. “Everything will be alright!!” she said in a reassuring tone.

The girls just looked at them and turned around, deciding to finish cooking the food while Yuju took care of SinB.

Yuju held SinB by her waist toward the sofa and helped her sit there while she knelt down and blew on the burn spot. “Wait here okay?” she said and SinB nodded at her then she walked away. Coming back within 2 minutes with an SOS kit. She opened it and took out a bandaid. She gently stick it on SinB’s injury. “Now now, the boo boo will be gone soon!” said Yuju finishing applying the bandage.

SinB giggled at her “Boo Boo?” she asked and Yuju looked up at her with a bright smile.

“Yep, that’s a vocabulary for a little baby that cry!” explained Yuju but SinB pouted.

“I am not a baby!” whined SinB as she smacked Yuju but realised to soon she shouldn’t have moved her burned arm like that. “Ouch!” she screamed with tears in her eyes again.

Yuju quickly held SinB’s arm. “Shhh, it’s okay. Do you know what is the final touch to make the pain disappear?” asked Yuju smirking. SinB looked at Yuju and shook her head. Yuju tried to hide her smile as she started to sing like a little kid. “Pain pain go away, let all the pain go away from my lovely cry baby...” then she planted a kiss on the bandaid.

SinB’s heart was feeling so warm, so flutter. Yuju waved her hand in front of SinB to get her attention. “SinB? SinB?!” she asked seeing no reaction from her friend, then SinB came back to her sense.

“Yah!!! Stop treating me like a little baby!!” said SinB pouting making Yuju giggle.

Yuju got up and sat beside SinB while wrapping her arm around SinB again, letting the latter land her head on her shoulder. “Now, take a break, the girl will take care of the rest...” SinB nodded and relaxed into Yuju calm and warm embrace.

After a bit, they heard the girls calling them, so they went to join them. The food was ready and nicely cook.

“Waaa! Who cooked all these?!” asked Yuju all excited seeing the food in front of her.

SinB smiled. “Umji did!” she said but Yuju looked at her confused.

“How can you know? You were with me on the couch all the time they cooked!” said Yuju frowning at SinB.

SinB laughed. “She’s my bestie, I know how she is! She can cook! Whoever have her as a wife is a lucky person!” explained SinB clearly proud of Umji’s cooking skills.

Eunha smiled. “Yeah! Umji looked very professional!!” said the short girl getting closer to Umji and bumping her shoulder against Umji’s. SinB noticed that Sowon frowned at the scene.

“I cooked too!!” said the tall girl trying to get people's attention.

SinB giggled. “Oh really? What did you cook?” asked SinB and Sowon’s eyes lighted up, having someone paying attention.

“This!” she said as she pointed at the dishes.

“Yeah Sowon cook braised spicy chicken the best!” smiled Eunha while hugging Sowon from behind.

SinB notice how happy Sowon become. Sowon turned around and hugged Eunha tightly “Thanks my bunny!!” she said happily.

They all sat down and started to eat. SinB had trouble, her arm was hurting her when she tried to use her hand. Yuju noticed and took her plate to cut thing out for her. “Ahhhh... open your mouth.” ordered Yuju to her injured friend. SinB quickly obeyed and opened , eating the food Yuju fed her.

The girls were chit chatting among themselves, SinB wanted more so she turned her head toward Yuju for another piece but Yuju wasn’t there. SinB looked around, looking for her friend but couldn’t see her.

“She’s over there on the phone.” whispered Sowon realizing SinB was searching for their Yuju.

Umji took her plate and fed SinB. It wasn’t like with Yuju but SinB was glad Umji was helping her right now. Then Yuju came back.

“Sorry, I had to answer the phone...” she apologized before patting SinB’s head. “Do you want more food? I will cut some more for you.” said Yuju sweetly.

SinB shook her head “No thanks, I’m full..” she said with a smile then they decided to clean up. Since SinB was injured, she was just sitting in the living room while the girls were doing all the work.

She couldn’t stop staring at Yuju’s body, she was washing the dishes and SinB had a perfect view of Yuju’s back. It was rare for SinB to be able to look at Yuju like that, from behind. SinB eyes traveled from to the girl’s neck to her legs, her long and firm legs. Yuju’s summer short was showing her charming thighs, and the small but rounded shape of her . SinB quickly shook her head as she reamised what she was looking at. She turned around blushing and tried to focus on a pretty painting, hanging on Sowon’s house wall.

Once everything was clean the girls went to join SinB in the living room. They all decided to watch a movie together. Sowon went to get some blanket for everyone. Umji and Yuju sat on each side of SinB while Sowon and Eunha sat together beside Yuju.

“No scary movie please!!” voiced out SinB right away and they all laughed remembering the day they went to the cinema. They finally all agreed to watch a romantic movie together. The girls were all focus in the story while SinB couldn’t focus because Yuju was wrapping her arms around SinB’s shoulder while the other hand was holding onto SinB hand. She could smell Yuju perfume and all she wanted to do was run away. She wanted to hug Yuju back, but she wasn’t sure how to react. As if god heard SinB, Yuju let go of her hand and replied to a text message that she got.

From time to time, Yuju would keep her hand away from SinB to reply the messages up to some point that Sowon told Yuju to close her phone because the light was distracting her. Yuju excused herself and closed the phone then wrap her arm around SinB again.

During the movie, at the part where the main character was kissing, SinB was staring at the tv, then looked at Yuju, imagining how it would be like to kiss Yuju’s lips. Then quickly shook her thought away when she felt a weight on her shoulder and saw that Yuju felt asleep on her.

At the end of the movie, the girls looked at the clock and realized that it’s a bit late to walk home. So they all decided to stay over at Sowon’s house.

SinB texted her mom to let her know that she’s stay with Umji and she quickly got a reply saying it’s okay. Umji suddenly hug her from behind “Told umma that you are with me?” asked her bestie in which SinB nodded her head. “You know me so well Umji!”

“Of course! I texted my mom to let her know that I am with you too!” Umji winked at SinB. Then they both walk back toward the girl's hand in hand.
