Description
From an outsider's perspective, South Korea is a beautiful, wealthy country - a national leader in economic and resource development. But, behind every successfully run country there are secret organizations and powerful people that govern it. The country would simply crumble without the leadership and wealth of two of the richest families in Korea: The Parks and the Jeons. These two families run the two largest corporate companies in South Korea and have the potential to rule all of Asia with their combined resources; however, they have been sworn enemies for the past three decades. The Parks control the East side of Seoul while the Jeons occupy the west - any trespassing into enemy territory is punishable by death. The Parks have monopolized the electricity, food and mining industry whereas the Jeons have strict control over the technology, retail, gas and oil industry. At the surface level, the Parks and Jeons run respectable, multi-million-dollar companies, but underneath it all, both sides have underground organizations (AKA gangs) that do their "dirty work". The leadership of these gangs could only be entrusted to the sons and heirs to their family companies: Park Jimin and Jeon Jungkook. Although Jimin and Jungkook despise each other just as much as their fathers, they had always kept their distance and blatantly ignored each other's groups. However, the firm boundaries these families worked so hard to enforce begin to blur as Jeon Jungkook finds himself falling in love with Park Jimin's sister, Park Chaeyoung.

The Griffins
The Park gang is known as the Griffins – named after the ethereal, mythical creature that is half eagle and half lion. This represents them as the kings of both air and land – symbolizing their noble roots and their control over the country's technology and social media. They had always been a prideful clan, always wearing rings engraved with the Griffin symbol to show their loyalty. It was easy to recognize a Griffin because they never bothered to hide their identity. Jimin had always prided himself in running a luxurious yet intimidating business. He was a cold and quiet leader, always observing and calculating. He had a dangerous aura that immediately made the temperature of the room drop upon his arrival. His only weaknesses were the two most important girls in his life: his girlfriend, Jennie, and his sister, Chaeyoung.

*Park Jimin - leader, heir to Park family, Chaeyoung's older brother, cold and quiet, calculating, over-protective
*Park Chaeyoung - Only daughter of Park family, Jimin's younger sister, nurse, kind but fierce, righteous, courageous
*Kim Taehyung - Jimin's best friend, lights up the room, funny and sweet with a deeper, more serious side, trust-worthy, reliable, protective
*Kim Jennie - Handles the resources for the Griffins, Jimin's girl-friend, Chaeyoung's best friend, just as cold as Jimin, brave, kicks without even trying
*Min Yoongi - lazy but always up for a good fight, lethal fighting skills, deadly shot
*Park Chanyeol - Tech-guy and finances, happy-go-lucky, loves to laugh
*Park Bogum - very good negotiator, classic pretty boy, uses good looks to get his way
*Byun Baekhyun - builds connections, knows everything about everyone, strategic, clever
The Phoenixes
The Jeon gang is known as the Phoenixes – named after the powerful bird that represents immortality. Just like the Phoenix, the Jeons have always risen above their opponents victorious. Their strength stems from their blazing passion and courage. They are an elite group that seek just as much pleasure as they do business, living a carefree and wild life. They can be recognized by the phoenix tattoo they wear proudly on their right arm. Secrecy is highly valued with the Phoenixes and communication is mainly done through encryptions and codes. Their control over the country's surveillance system lets them know everything about everyone. The leader, Jungkook, is bold and lethal, wearing a shroud of confidence that is almost impenetrable. Almost. He has a soft spot for his gang members and view them as an extension of his immediate family. He has never been interested in a woman for more than a couple weeks, until he met Park Chaeyoung.

*Jeon Jungkook - leader, heir to the Jeon company, bold and lethal, confident, oozing with charisma, adventurous, playboy but gentleman at times, values honesty and loyalty
*Kim Seokjin - handles supplies (imports and exports), detail-oriented, oldest hyung who takes care of the other members
*Kim Namjoon - tech-guy, genius, develops fool-proof plans
*Jung Hoseok - very good fighter, excessive energizer of the group
*Kim Yugyeom - Jungkook's best friend, sweet, uses violence as a last resort
*Wang Jackson - very strong, very good fighter, talks a lot, over-confident, has a cute, innocent side
*Mark Tuan - weapon master, care-free and wild, world-wide connections for weaponry
*Bambam - finances, surveillance, degree in economics, fashionable, has a taste for the finer things in life (like Lisa - lol jk)
