Coventina was a pure blood mermaid, who descended from the very first merpeople to ever swim in the earths Oceans. However, after trying to save a beached Orca whale, Coventina finds herself stranded in the human world, realizing just how cruel humanity has been to her ocean home. With the help of a Seaworld trainer Jackson Wang, and a marine life activist Kevin Woo, Coventina tries to save a young Orca in Seaworld named Seashell, and reform a bond between the merpeople and humanity.

CHARACTERS 

Coventina/ Coral: A young mermaid who left the sea while the merpeople we sleeping to save a stranded Orca. She descends from royal blood, and one day will rule all the oceans, like her family has done since the beginning of time. 

Jackson Wang: Orca trainor at Seaworld, he finds Coventina and takes care of her- he's her best friend. He's also dating medical student Mark Tuan, who lives with him. 

Mark Tuan: Medical student, made Jackson let Coventina stay because he wanted to treat her as a research project for school. Jacksons boyfriend, but he's lowkey against animals in captivty, but out of love for Jackson he says nothing and supports Jacksons dreams. 

Kevin Woo: Jacksons "enemy". He's an animals activist, but he works as a barista at a oceanside coffee called "ocean breeze cafe" He protests outside of Seaworld everyday with his 2 friends Eli and Kiseop.
