When the maiden Wang Xinran returns from her valiant journey back to the Empire of Archaion, she notices that things are in places but not at the right ones. With a tip from an elderly seeress Xinran discovers the truth: the empire's worst nemesis, Oracle Supreme, has created an alternative world that distorts the very reality Xinran knows as her home. Only the maiden knows about what's happening in the empire. She has to destroy twelve items belonging to twelve men who represent twelve of the Oracle's reversed Major Arcana Cards. If she doesn't do anything about it, this malignant version of the world will gradually become permanent and eternal. But what can Xinran do? She's just The Fool.
