Years have passed since the day Haneul had let free and lost control over her powers. They had come out in a burst. She is now known as the girl that sleeps her way past the years on a mountain, hoping to wake up in the near future. Just as the legend explains, a beautiful, powerful goddess had fallen asleep, waiting for her time to rise up again to make the world a better place. Most humans believe in this legend, but many supernaturals, seem to think this supposed “Legend” is quite foolish, as humans always like to make up things to believe and use as entertainment.

The mountains that the legend talks about can be seen from every border in Jeju Island, they were quite beautiful as they contrasted perfectly with the dark blue sky at night and the light blue during the day. However, no one really knew what lied within them.

The mountains and the island itself gave out a mysterious, and dark feeling to all that came. No one was ever brave enough to venture into the mountains to find out what really lied within them. The ones that were, had been stopped before they could even step foot into the mountains. Or if they did get in, they haven't been seen again. Many people believed that this was done by supernaturals, they believed that the mountains could be a sacred place that no one but supernaturals could enter.

However, what many humans believed to be real, and what most supernaturals believed to be a stupid myth, was actually reality. Who would have thought that humans could be right about a supernatural event, while every other creature was wrong? The goddess that the legend talked about, had indeed been sleeping, soundly resting in the mountains. She didn’t have a choice, after what had happened, the load on her shoulders was too much to bear. Spending her time alone in the mountains, and being isolated from everything and everyone, she found herself not being able to take it in and instead, she slept. She had expected that after a couple thousand years she would peacefully pass away in her sleep, for even though the legends say otherwise, vampires don’t live forever and do age. What she did not expect was that after 300 years of slumber, to suddenly wake up.

Once she was awake and very disoriented, memories of what had happened began to fill her mind. Choosing to ignore the heavy feeling forming in her heart, she started to wonder what the cause of her waking could have been. She looked around, eyes searching for a clue, anything that could help, but she saw nothing, no one. Unsure and wavering, she headed out the place she was in.
