Summary:

Starring:

Chen Yuqi played as Zhao Taiyang / Liu Shi Shi played as Yang Sun: 16/21, she is the youngest (9^th) princess of the Emperor of Northern Zhao State who is titled Crown Princess. Born blind but talented in tactics and strategies, she is favored by the Emperor. She will become a Royal Priestess who will fall in love with Weiting. Her goal is to seek vengeance on those who framed the witch (her shifu) and those who tried to kill her.

Chan Weiting: 30, he is the great General of northern Zhao State who is known to be cold and serious almost all the time— that is until he falls in love with Taiyang/Yang Sun. He can get aggressive, and doesn’t have common sense, yet kind and understanding. After realizing who Yang Sun is, he vows to protect her with his life.

Dong Boran: 28, he is a general of Northern Zhao State who is best friends with Weiting. Besides being skilled in combat, he is known to be charming and romantic! He saves Taiyang from a situation and brings her to the capital, developing feelings for her first. He will soon become rivals in love with Weiting.

Crystal Liu played as Zhao Feiyang: 25, she is the 7^th Princess of Northern Zhao State and Weiting’s current fiancée. Although her pure and natural appearance makes her seem innocent and kind, truth is she harbors hatred and deceiving/cunning feelings to those she dislikes. She is one of those who tried to kill Taiyang.

Liu Tao played as Zhao Luyang: 30, she is the 4^th Princess of Northern Zhao State who is well known for her kind personality. She is the only royal sibling who is really close to Taiyang, although they are only half-siblings. She fights for justice and the people, making her an open target for Feiyang and Ruyang to bully. She falls in love with Lu Geng later when he proposes his feelings to her.

Lin Xin Ru played as Zhao Ruyang: 27, she is the 6^th Princess of Northern Zhao State who is the daughter of the current Empress. Although she may look weak, her mind is stronger than a man. Like her half-sister Feiyang, she harbors ill intentions, wanting the title of Crown Princess— being one of the one who tries to kill Taiyang too.

Lu Geng: 30, he is Weiting’s right hand man, bodyguard and childhood friend. He is a good advisor and loyal subject to Zhao State. He has always harbored feelings for Luyang.

Zhao Haiyang: 32, he is the Crown Prince of Northern Zhao State and blood brother of Ruyang. Unlike Ruyang, he is more merciful when dealing with ill intentions. But he will do whatever he has to do to keep his title as Crown Prince; even if that means cleaning up after his sisters mess.
