People see me weird these days. I don't get it.

I'm just doing my job. They gave me a project to make a Twice Podcast but I don't know why they're all so mad at me. They're so sensitive and not professional at all. And it's me to blame?

"Honestly, I'm stress! You can't give me the task to make a logo. That should be Chaeyoung's part!" I speak to JIhyo.
"Don't yell, Haeju," she says.
"I'm not yelling. I'm just being assertive. Don't listen to my tone, listen to what I say," I tell her again.
"You know, Chaeyoung has her own project so-"
"SO LET'S HIRE SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL! You want something good, but you don't want to do it right," I cut her.
"Well, it's our project. I hope we can do this on our own," Jihyo says.
"Huh. Weird."
"Haeju, please... I know you can do this. Just give it time. I know we will get inspiration eventually. Please, just be respectful to the staff. You can be mad at me but don't yell at them," she says.
"Oh, please. I'm the leader of this project. And I'm just doing my job. Why can't anyone be professional?!"
"Sigh... Please, they're older than you," Jihyo says.
I stare at them, "You know what. I never like that hierarchy is based on age than position. That is what's wrong with this country.!" I tell them and leave the scene.

"OK guys," I say in our group meeting," I've prepared these topics. You have read it. Now I'll give you time to vote the best 3 topics for our podcast. The due is August 26th. After that date, if I got no response, I'll decide the topic by myself," I tell them.
"What? You can't say that," Nayeon says.
"Say what?" I ask.
"You can't just decide the topic by yourself. We're a team, Haeju," she says.
"Well, our last meeting didn't give any output or conclusion. We just talked and discussed without anything concrete to execute. That's why I give you the easiest way to do: to vote," I say. Everyone gives me an uncomfortable look, but I don't care.
"Our last meeting? Huh! I'm sure it wasn't that bad," she says, "You can't just speak like that, Haeju. Watch your attitude. Aren't we a team?" Nayeon asks.
After that, I just agreed to whatever she says. She makes no point anyway. She's being sensitive and not professional. I don't want to fight anyone.

At D-Day, I go to our podcast studio early, just to find so many new equipments in that room. I know exactly who's in charge of this.
I mention her in the group so everyone knows, "Jeongyeon, you can't just buy many equipments without telling me. You know, I'm the one who will execute it today, right? Please, tell me and cooperate."

After a few minutes, Jeongyeon came to the studio. I say it in front of her face," Jeongyeon...... Please. How can you bring all of this stuff without telling me?"
"Well, you never came to the office, did you?" she says before she goes downstair.
I was busy preparing before we're 'on air', so I can't say anything. But after I'm done, quickly I look for her. I find her alone in front of the building, facing back at the door.
"Jeong, almost every week I came to this office. Ask our secretary!" 
"Yeah, just......" I can't hear what she says. She's not looking at me.
"If there's a problem, just tell me," I say. Because I'm sure she has a problem with me that's why she brings those new equipments without telling me.

Huh, why is everyone so sensitive while working.

And they blame me for not being nice? I'm just doing my freaking job oh my gosh!

As I'm walking back to the studio upstairs, everyone gives me a weird look. Some people obviously try to avoid looking at me. I'm sure I'm already labeled as the bad guy in this situation. Sigh.

They don't see me as to how they usually see 'Haeju'. Who am I then?

Well, if they don't want to work with me, maybe I'll just-
