The day arrived when they were ready to go. It was around 11 o’clock, which meant it gave them plenty of time to go for a walk with Choco and to get there. Hyukjae bought flowers for Ryeowook, because he was the one doing all the cooking.

But he felt nervous.

He knew Ryeowook gave him funny looks the last time, he wanted to give a good impression…

When they got there, Ryeowook jumped into Donghae’s arms and they hugged each other. Yesung and Hyukjae just shook hands, and they looked at each other with an expression that said, yeah… I know…

Donghae immediately removed himself from Ryeowook and he hugged Yesung and said, “Thank you for forgiving me!”

Yesung was very awkward with the hug, and he stuttered, “Er yh okay okay...”

Hyukjae thought it was funny. Ryeowook looked at him and said, “How are you doing, Dr Lee?”

Hyukjae answered, “Please, Hyukjae, and I am doing very well thank you. The most important thing is that Donghae is doing great.” Hyukjae felt like Ryeowook was using formalities to distance them.

Ryeowook turned to Donghae and said, “You look amazing!” They passed him the flowers and Donghae said, “They are from Hyukjae! He thinks you don’t like him!”

Hyukjae’s face turned into multiple colours, from red to purple. Yesung started to laugh and said, “Hyukjae! Welcome to the club! We are the ones who are not likeable! On another hand… we can make a team! And fight these two! They can be cute and cuddly, but we are the ones who make a difference! If it wasn’t for us, what would happen to the cute and cuddlies?” Hyukjae was laughing now.

Ryeowook looked at him like he wanted to kill him. Donghae looked puzzled at Ryeowook and asked, “Why don’t you like him Wookie?”
 

Ryeowook, looking only at Donghae, answered, “I cannot trust anybody so easily with my little brother! I need to make sure he is a nice person! I cannot only trust you with your judgement, because you think everybody is nice!”

Hyukjae intervened and said, “Actually… that is true Donghae… If I introduced you to a serial killer, I am sure you would find some good in him…”
 

Ryeowook burst out laughing.

Donghae said, “Nobody is a hundred percent bad! I need to hear their side first!”

Hyukjae answered, “Well… I rest my case!”
