Ravi wakes up to the sounds of loud rustling and he opens his eyes to see his roommate running around the room in a frantic manner, peeking here and there as if he's looking for something; his eyes wide and face panic striken. 

"What are you doing? "Ravi asks sleepily, slowly sitting up as he rubs his eyes. 

"I lost it. "Hyuk answers without even looking at him as he's too busy shoving his head into the small space between their wardrobe and the wall eventhough it hardly fits. 

"Lost what? "Ravi questions once more, stretching his body before finally making a move to get out of the bed but the maknae doesn't answer and instead, he just pulls his head away from the small space and kneels on the floor before peeking his head under the rapper's bed. "Hyuk? "

"Help me find it, hyung! "Hyuk cries out desperately, standing up once again before heading towards their wardrobe and throwing the door open, shoving out all their clothes in his attempt to find the thing that he has lost. 

"Stop that! "Ravi scolds, annoyed that the maknae is making a mess of their already messed up room. "What is it you're looking for?! "

Hyuk pays Ravi no mind as he continue littering their clothes all over the room's floor and when he still couldn't find the thing he's looking for, he starts thrashing around their pillows instead with tears b his eyes. 

"Han Sanghyuk! "Ravi growls but before he can say anything else, someone has pushed the room's door open. 

"What's going on here? "Ken asks irritatedly before letting out a big yawn. "I'm trying to sleep, you know? "He says, pouting his lips. 

"Hyuk lost something and he's trying to find it. "Ravi tells him, stepping over towards Hyuk and holding both of the maknae's hand tightly, stopping him from messing up their room any further. 

"Lost what? "Ken asks, taking in the mess of his dongsaengs' room; it looks like a storm has just happened in there. 

"I'm trying to ask the same thing, hyung. "Ravi says, tightening his grip when Hyuk struggles against his hold. "What is it that you lost, Hyuk? "He asks. "How am I supposed to help you find it if I don't even know what it is? "

"My ring! "Hyuk half screams, devastated that Ravi won't let him go. 

"Your ring? "Both the main vocalist and the rapper echoes. They know how much Hyuk hates wearing accessories, which is why he never get his ears pierced, never wear any necklace or bracelets willingly and even to see him wear a watch is hard. But they know the only accessory he wears willingly is a ring, the same ring that they all own, to be exact; their friendship ring. 

"Didnt you give it to manager-hyung yesterday?  For our exhibition? "Ken asks, remembering the fact that he saw Hyuk gave up his ring to their manager when they were asked to give him some of their personal belongings to be shown in the exhibit held for their group. 

Realisation hit Hyuk and he stops struggling as he lets out an "Oh. ". 

"Why are you so panicked anyway? "Ravi wonders, "It's just a ring. "He says, finally letting go of Hyuk. 

Hyuk frowns at that. "It's not just a ring for me, hyung. "He corrects him. "It's a sign of acceptance . "

"Sign of what? "

"Acceptance. "Hyuk repeats. "That ring, for me, means acceptance . "He explains . 

"Acceptance of what? "Ken asks. 

"Acceptance as a member of VIXX. "

Ken blinks, still not understand and Hyuk sighs. 

"When I was first chosen to debut with the rest of you, I always feel outcasted, hyung. Maybe because I've only been with you for a few months while all of you had known each other for years. "Hyuk admits. 

"But we--" 

"You all treated me nicely, hyung, I know." Hyuk says. "But I just felt like I don't belong here and I always felt that all of you secretly hates me, despise me. "

"Hyuk--"

"So when Hakyeon-hyung forced us to buy that ring for ourselves, I thought he just meant the 5 of you. But later he scolds me when he found out that I didn't buy one for myself so he took me there once more so that I can buy it. "Hyuk tells them, smiling. "And only at that moment did I believe that I'm truly accepted here, as a member of VIXX. "

"So, hyung, that ring isn't just a ring for me, it's a reminder of the place where I belong; a reminder that I'm a part of VIXX. "
