“move and I’ll shoot him.” The guy shouted to the police as he tightens his grip to his gun focusing the opening to the other guy’s temple. There’s a complete argument between the suspect and the police the guy held as hostage just stare and sigh at his fate. ‘I shouldn’t be here.’ The guy soon felt his eyes watering. “im sorry young guy. I need money for my daughter.” The hostage was shock as he hears the big muscular guy whisper to his ears. He could feel the hard thumping of the old guy’s heart against his back. ‘this must be the first time he did this.’ He thought as he notices that the guy is shaking as well.

The guy drags him inside one of the buildings. “don’t hurt him!” shout one of the police. “we’ll give you what you want.” The guy continue walking backwards dragging the hostage in. once settled he tied the innocent male on the chair and looked at him. “im really sorry. Don’t worry, I won’t hurt you. Once they give me the money I would let you go.” Hyukjae could see the tears in the old guy’s eyes. “you shouldn’t do this sir.” Hyukjae said suddenly. “I have to, my daughter needs money. She’ll die if she can’t have her operation and the doctors won’t do it if we can’t pay.” The guy soon broke to tears. Hyukjae sensing the sincerity in the man’s voice can’t help himself but cry as well. “I’ll… I’ll pay for her bills.” Hyukjae offered. The old man looks at him. Hyukjae nods. Money is not a problem to him, he’s the son of the richest businessman in seoul, and giving a little charity won’t hurt their fortune.

“yes, that’s why I kidnapped you. So the ransom I could use as—“

“no sir! I mean I will pay her hospital bills. I will sponsor her.”

“but I kidnapped you. How could you be so kind?” the old guy feels so grateful at the idea of hyukjae paying his daughter’s hospital bills and at the same time he feels bad for doing something bad to a very good kid like hyukjae. “ok kid. I will surrender now. But promise is a promise.” The guy said as he unties hyukjae. He walks to the door of the building holding up his gun. Hyukjae runs after him and pat his shoulder. “sir, I will pay but this is not for free. You have to repay me.” hyukjae smiled at the guy making him confused. The guy raised an eyebrow waiting for hyukjae’s explanation.

“I will, once I get out of jail.” The guy said when hyukjae remains silent. “no sir, you have to pay me right away.”

“as much as I want to kid I can’t coz once I walk out of here the police will take me and put me to jail for kidnapping a very rich kid. By then we don’t know, your father might want me dead.” Hyukjae smiled wider.

“I have an idea. Just follow me, ok?” despite the curiosity and nervousness the old guy just follow hyukjae out of the building, once the police saw hyukjae and the suspect they all raised their guns pointing it to guy. hyukjae raised his hands telling the police to be calm. “everything’s fine. It’s just a little understanding between me and my driver. We’re just playing and you happen to be so over acting.” Hyukjae said to the police.

Siwon, the head police officer run to hyukjae’s side. “what do you mean hyuk?” he asked. Yeah you heard the head police right, he called hyukjae ‘hyuk’ they’re very close friends and by close it means they’re best of friends. “siwonnie, your cops are just imagining things. This guy here is my new personal driver. We’re just playing kidnapped-me-game and they thought I was really kidnapped.” Hyukjae fake a laugh. “but your maids—“

“they know nothing. This guy here is recently hired. Dad didn’t know either.” He pulled the suspect-turned-personal-driver to his side. “ajjushi~ you’re right, we shouldn’t play here at the city, take me home now. Let’s continue it in our garden.” Siwon just shook his head he knows that hyukjae is lying but base on hyukjae’s trusting expression towards the old man he knows that hyukjae made his right judgment.

“ok guys, pull out now. And the next time you would report kidnapping better make sure of it.” siwon said then he looks at hyukjae’s retreating back and runs towards the guy. “hyukkie, I should drive with you. Im still not comfortable with him.” Hyukjae smile at siwon’s concern. “he’s good siwonnie and can I ask you something?” siwon nods. “can you settle hospital bills for me later?” then siwon got it. hyukjae really has good heart.

“so that’s it?”

“yeah, you’re so smart. I love you so much.”

“you know I love you too.” hyukjae laughs and tug on siwon’s arm. The old guy looks at them and smile. ‘quite a good couple.’

“kid, thank you.”

“I told you ajjushi, you have to repay me. you’ll be working for me and don’t worry I will pay you too, good salary of course.”

The three laugh contently but unknown to them there is someone watching them.

 A week has passed and everything involving the old guy and hyukjae turned just fine. The daughter of the guy was successfully operated and is now breathing without any threats of dying at a very young age.

“ajjushi~ your daughter would be released today right?” hyukjae asked his seemingly excited driver as he drive him to his work place.

“yes kid. Gotta make us quick, I don’t want my princess waiting.” The guy smile as he jokingly step on the accelerator. Hyukjae smile at his driver’s childish attitude. Now, let see hyukjae trusted this man easily despite the fact that he kidnapped hyukjae because hyukjae saw the guy is really kind later then he learn that the girl-the daughter- wasn’t really the guy’s own child. The guy just picked her up from the dumpster one rainy night and because he has a good heart and he doesn’t have any relatives he decided to own her and guide but fate is sometimes bad and the girl caught a very rare illness that cost the man lots of money which brings him to kidnapping hyukjae and now he ends up being his driver.

Hyukjae looks at the old guy, he has a good idea. “ajjushi I want to see her too. come on, let’s pick her up.” Hyukjae said suddenly with a tap on the old guy’s shoulder. “but it’s time for your work,you’ll be late if-“ he was cut with hyukjae’s wide smile. “im the boss remember? They won’t scold me for being late.” The old guy just sighs at his master’s stubbornness.

Minutes later, they reach the hospital, it’s the best hospital in seoul and hyukjae makes sure of that for the little girl’s sake.  He jumps excitedly as if he’s the one being released. “kid, don’t run you might fall and get bruises.” The old guy reminds him. He turn his head to the guy, still skipping. “no worries ajjus—“ then he was on the floor first.

“kid are you ok? I told you, you should be careful.” Hyukjae rubs his as he look up to see what he bumps in. It was a guy in black pants and with laboratory coat, a small concern was written in his face as he reaches out his hand to help hyukjae stand up. Hyukjae took it and smile at the guy as a sign that he’s fine and there’s nothing to worry about.

“im sorry mr…”hyukjae trails off as he searches for the right way to address the guy then he spots the tag pin on the guy’s laboratory coat. ‘dr.lee donghae’ it reads, he will soon said it until.

“dr. lee.” His driver shouted from behind.

“ah, ajjushi. So you’re picking her up?” the doctor turns his attention to hyukjae’s driver as the old guy approached the caring doctor. The two exchanges pleasantries until the old guy remembers hyukjae’s present. “ah doctor lee, I want you to meet my boss and my daughter’s sponsor lee hyukjae.” The guy points out his guy to hyukjae. The doctor follows the hands direction and sends his sight back to the guy he bumps earlier. He beamed a bright smiled and reach out his hand for a shake. Hyukjae was spacing out then, he was thinking how good looking was the doctor is and as if this is not the first time he saw him. he was out of his day dream when he was a hand waving in front of him.

“oh sorry, im spacing out. Im lee hyukjae.” He embarrassedly smiles.

“im dr. lee donghae. Im the head doctor.” They shook hands and then hyukjae remember where did he saw the guy. he was once featured on the news for being such a very good doctor at his very young age. And people named him ‘the god’s messanger’ because in one look he would know if his patient would survive or not. They said he’s a god of medicine, when he says the patient will survive despite the very bad condition it will survive and when he say that it will die even how shallow the wound is, it will die. He was feared but at the same time loved because he’s a very kind doctor and he offers financial help especially when he declares a poor patient’s 100% recovery. Hyukjae smiled at the thought. “you’re quite a popular guy, doctor.” He utter suddenly which makes the doctor chuckle.

“and you’re quite a remarkable businessman as well mr. lee.” Hyukjae blush at the comeback and pull his hand realizing that the doctor wasn’t letting it go yet. “oh sorry.”

“ajjushi, come on I’ll bring you to your princess.” Donghae said as he lead the way to the children’s ward followed by hyukjae and his driver.

“siwon’s a nice kid but you can’t deny that he’s a good catch as well.” The old guy whisper to hyukjae making the other blush and hit him playfully on the shoulder. ”you shouldn’t say that ajjushi, that’s embarrassing.” The old guy laugh.

The doctor stops at the door and look back to the two teasing guys. “you’re having fun teasing me?” the two stop laughing “nah doctor, we’re just having fun. And hyukjae having most of it.” hyukjae glare at the old man. “ajjushi, why do you always like to embarrassed me?” the doctor opens the door and reveals a small bed. The old guy hurriedly skips inside.

“princess!” he shouted and hug the little girl resting on the bed. “appa~” the girl cried and hug the old guy back. Hyukjae and donghae smiled at the scene. “doctor lee!” the girl let go of the hug and extended his arms to reach for donghae, the doctor gladly walks in and give her a sweet hug. “you’ll be going now. Be healthy ok?” donghae reminds the girl and the other replied with a big nod. “I will.” Then there was a questioning look at her face. The old guy realizes it and pulls hyukjae’s hand.

“princess, she’s the guy im telling you, My new boss. He’s the one who sponsor your operation.” Hyukjae beams his gummy smile. And the girl smiled back. “you’re hyukjae oppa?” hyukjae nod and the girl extended her arms to her as well. Hyukjae walks to her and accepts the hug. “thank you.” They pull away. “you’re welcome.” Then there was the questioning look again this time hyukjae mentions it. “what’s wrong?”

“you’re very pretty for a guy. when you came in I thought you’re a cute girl dress in a man’s coat but then I hug you and you don’t have I realized you’re really a man but why are you so beautiful?” hyukjae blushed beet red at the question, the old guy tap the girls shoulder and points at hyukjae’s burning face. ”oppa! I mean no harm. I just… im sorry.” The girl’s eyes water. “no! it’s ok.” Hyukjae said suddenly hoping for the tears not to fall. Donghae laughs at the scene, “im sorry but I agree to the girl. You’re a beautiful guy mr. lee.” He said making hyukjae red again.

“aish~ why do people always want to tease me?” hyukjae shouted jokingly.

“because you’re very cute.” The three other occupants of the room shouted in unison.
