Description

As the student council president, Wonwoo is always forced to satisfy the standards of what everyone expects out of him along with keeping everyone in line to keep peace at the school; however, it doesn't help that Dreamer Boy always runs off on his own and Wonwoo can never find him when he's forced to go retrieve him.

How is it that the one time that he catches dreamer boy it changes everything?
