Description
Byung-yeon doesn't miraculously survive after putting his own life at stake to save the crown prince and Ra On. The crown prince is devastated by his death and left behind with many unanswered questions and a whole bag full of regrets. When the day of his own death comes, he closes his eyes and opens them again only to find himself in present day Korea with a mess of memories of a past and present life. He is confused about many things except one thing - he knows he needs to find Byung-yeon and get the second chance he had prayed for.

So, here is the Reincarnation/Soulmate/Red String of Fate!AU I have been "promoting" or at least hinting at on my Tumblr.
Disclaimer / A/N: The Prolog will be still set in the past / the canon timeline, beginning with chapter 1 we will dive into modern day Korea! Be warned, I will be taking some creative liberties - be it with Korean history or everyday life in modern Korea - and in no way is the fic meant to be absolutely true to reality, alone from the fact that I have never been to Korea for that matter and only take inspiration from the kdramas I have watched so far and from the things I learn while being awfully obsessed with kpop since the last two months. I, of course, aim to be as respectful as possible.
Thanks to the couple of people that have enjoyed my last story I felt motivated enough to keep on going! I am eternally glad, because I really do adore Moonlight Drawn By Clouds, its characters and especially the crown prince and his bodyguard <3
