Appreciated
Description
An opportunity for acting opens a new door for Seokjin and brings him closer to his co-star and senior colleague, Dasom. It was the kind of friendship that formed unexpected, but the common saying rings true about it possibly being the most fun, if not the best. The two share a journey of growth in life and love, take their lessons for their respective careers, and learn that they, too, are just as appreciated as the others.

(Less a foreword, more of a preface.)
To be appreciated is almost a human need, like water for a dry mouth.
This fic came to be when I grew a deep interest for BTS and SISTAR, and in this case, for their respective visuals, Jin and Dasom. Although it seems like a random pairing, I thought it might work out as I continue to write this. It was nice to think of their similar yet opposite personalities and how it could benefit each of them through a growth of friendship which can possibly turn to something more.
'Appreciated' is a work still in progress and the first official and serious fanfic I'm writing for the KPOP fandom, so I hope you guys can bear with me. The fic will follow the current timeline so, of course, I will alter certain scenes and events from the real schedules for the story.
Other notes:
- I'm not too familiar with every detail of Korean culture and customs so please feel free to correct me for any mistakes.
- I maintained the use of Korean honorifics as they are hard (and awkward) to translate into English.
- I used the artists' real names for the most part of the narrative (e.g. Hyolyn's real name is Hyojung, Soyou's is Jihyun, etc.). Stage names are used/mentioned when necessary to the dialogue.
