Beta Reader: Writing Tips

Please Subscribe to read further chapters

Description

After reading through some of the

stories here, I have decided to come up with a

page for writing tips so I could hopefully give some of

my opinions on the 'do's and 'don't's on writing.

Please note that all of these are my personal opinions.

Chapter 1: I honestly agree with your suggestions. One of the common descriptions that immediately turns me off is when the author gives the reader the profile of the characters in their fanfic. For example:

*a picture of Jaehyun (NCT)*

Name: Jaehyun
Age: 20
Personality: Cheerful and friendly. Popular among girls and boys alike.
-Taeyong's overprotective boyfriend.

I swear to God that stuffs like this really turns me off but I see a lot of author's in aff do this. I personally think that instead of describing their characteristic in the description, it's best for the author to introduce them in the story and show readers their characteristic as the story plays out.
