the time on the car radio gleams from the darkness inside the car. they've been on the road for four hours. it was patently a long drive all the way from the airport back to their very own apartment. 

jongin left his work early just to pick up his girlfriend for 5 years, who had a business trip in france for a week and came back to seoul just a few hours ago. slow kisses and tight hugs were shared in the airport, as soon as they saw each other. it brightened up soojung's entire day, and it was evident for the both of them that they've missed each other for just a week.

if it wasn't for the music that was being played in the car, jongin probably fell asleep while driving. both of them were tired to talk, considering soojung was still asleep. 

unexpectedly, jongin's favorite song played on the car radio. he softly hummed and bops his head to bruno mars' 24k magic. jongin tried to refrain from singing but as the chorus approaches, he starts to sing quietly until he didn't notice his voice got a little bit loud - waking up soojung who blinked her eyes and glanced at her boyfriend.

jongin who was still in his own 24k magic world, continues to get moved by the beat. soojung silently watches her boyfriend with a soft smile on her lips. when the song was about to end, soojung couldn't hold her laugh anymore and started bursting into laughter, making jongin whip his head around to look at her girlfriend in laughing fits. like a dee
