Seulgi turns and makes eye contact with her. She quickly gets off of Taemin.

"And to think I was gonna apologize to you and Taemin for assuming there was something going on. But it appears that you guys are more than just roommates" Naeun leaves not forgetting to slap Taemin bringing him back to his senses

"I'm sorry Seul" He looks over at Seulgi ashamed "I wasn't in my right state of mind"

"It's okay. Jongin, Sehun, and Sooyoung are coming over later on for dinner. You should go take a shower"

He examines her and spots red marks on her neck "I did that to you?"

Seulgi nods

"And you didn't push me away" Taemin looks at her as she avoids his eyes

"I better go prepare for dinner" She avoids his question getting up from the couch

"It is only 10AM right now." Taemin holds her wrist to prevent her from leaving

"Taemin. Let me go" Her voice cracks as she struggles to get out from his grip, trying not to let her tears fall out. He lets her go. It was unusual for her to call him by his name and not by his nickname. "Thanks. I'm going for a walk"

He watches as she goes out of the door

'I'm sorry Seul. I wasn't in my right state of mind'  That was the sentence that bothered her mind. 

"Why didn't I push him away. Why am I so weak around him. My first kiss went to him and he wasn't even sober" She sits down on a bench "Why am I so stupid."

"Oh my God. I'm so sorry" she looks at where the noise came from and sees a girl her age or even younger with her head down as a man yells at her infront of Kai's cafe

"Do you know how much this shirt costs. Do you have the money to pay for the cleaning?" He eyes her up and down "if not, there's another way you can pay up"

He was about to touch her face when a body blocks him. Seulgi recognizes him as Jongin

"Here. Take the money and go" Jongin shields her from him

"You got lucky this time" The man leaves

Seulgi rushes to the girl's side "Are you okay?"

The girl nods quietly and bows to Kai "Thank you for helping me. I should pay you back the money"

"The guy said you couldn't pay him, so you don't need to pay me back"

"When I find a job, I'll pay you back for sure, Mr-"

"My name is Kai or Kim Jongin. No need to be so formal and this is my friend Seulgi"

"I'm Soojung or Krystal. Thank you again" She bows

"Jongin, I'm going to go first. See you later" She bows to Krystal

"You are still finding a job?"

"Yup. It isn't easy finding jobs here"

"Do you have any experience making coffee?"
