In the year 2070, Seoul has been quarantined to forge a Utopian City. A city that prohibits personal emotions to take control of its citizens, but when an infant from the "outside" lives its life in the enclosed city, everything will change and emotions will bloom. 18, years old Kim Mingyu have lived all of his life inside the perfect city of Seoul, he is any average law-abiding citizen, except for the fact that he was born outside the globe. when he sees his schoolmate, 19 year old Lee Jihoon, son of the Mayor of Seoul City, something inside of him blooms.
Foreword
In the perfect city of Seoul, everyone is required to take their weekly medication to limit their emotion. Emotions are dangerous, it makes you irrational. By suppressing a good amount of emotions, the people and the city progresses into a more perfect state. Rules should be abided inside the city.
If you failed to follow the rules, you are to be exterminated outside the globe.
