It's the year 3121, 1105 years after the great war. The world lives in a new order, where people are separated into cast system based on their zodiac sign. Junior is sent to the capital city to train to beocome the leader of this new world. His job as high liberty will be to keep fairness and balamce even if it means sacrificing his own hapiness. He soon realises that the city isn't the eutopia he thought it was, after an arranged marriage his eyes is opened to the terrorism and operession in the city, he starts seeing that things in the capital are not as fair and balanced as he thought.
