I woke up at 6 pm . I didn't want to wake up but I had some pain in my abdomen and pelvis . My head hurt too and I felt sick . It's weird , it only happens when I am ... I nervously looked at my phone and great ! My period is near that would explain the pain . I tend to be a little too much emotional so that would justify why I was acting this way these couples days . 

I lazily walked to the bathroom washed and changed my clothes and then went downstairs . The house was so quiet and there was no sign of Seung Hyun . I wanted to eat something but since we didn't buy anything I didn't find anything to eat .

'' Great ! what will I eat now ?! '' I said to myself 

'' We'll have dinner at my parent's tonight '' I was scared that I jumped and almost screamed 

'' What are you doing here '' 

and he looked at me weirdly then laughed '' I live here too , remember ? '' and that made me laugh too 

'' I just didn't see you or hear anything , so I assumed you were out '' and soon our laughter died and he added

'' My parents invited us to have dinner with them tonight . Your family would be there too '' 

'' Oh okay '' 

'' Remember we have to act-'' 

'' As if were really married and actually like each other '' I cut him off '' No need to remind me '' 

'' Umm , let's start getting ready so we won't be late '' I don't know but I felt as if he was looking at me apologetically but I shrugged it off and went to my room to prepare myself . 

After an hour we were both ready to go . I hoped that he would compliment what I wore even with just one word but he never did . And to think of it , he didn't even look at me . Since it was that time of the month for me I felt even worst but I tried not to show so I won't ruin the night and let our parents know the truth . 

The ride was silent only the voice of the music was heard . When we reached the house we walked out of the door . He waited for me and went together and before we even knock the door was opened revealing the smiling Mrs.Choi 

'' Seung Hyun-ah ! '' and she quickly hugged him '' Omo Ji Hyun , you're so pretty tonight '' she then said , at least someone noticed it 

'' Thank you Mrs.Choi , you look great too ''

she held my hand '' Please call me mom , you're my daughter now '' I didn't say anything and just nodded .

Only then the other person with us coughed '' Okay mom , aren't going to invite us in ?  '' he said emphasizing the word , mom .

Everyone was in the garden . My parents, my brother , Mr.Choi and even Hye Yoon,  her husband and her son were there . We were welcomed warmly by everyone and of course their questions 

'' How was the Maldive ? '' 

'' Did you have fun ?  '' 

'' Did you like the marriage ? '' 

'' What did you do ? '' 

'' Why did you returned quickly ? ''

Seung Hyun and I just kept looking at them , smiling awkwardly not knowing what to say . One wrong word and we be doomed but thankfully Mr.Choi saved us 

'' Let's eat first and then you can ask whatever you want '' and that's how everyone gathered around the table . There were plenty of food , our mothers must have been preparing since the morning ...

 We have been eating and talking . Our parents were sharing our childhood embarrassing memories . I didn't like it but as soon as Mrs.Choi brought Seung Hyun's stories I was laughing without even noticing . 

'' I spend hours preparing Hye Yoon's birthday cake . I was so happy and glad that it turned out great but I was also tired and since people started to come I thought I should go and change . I thought no one would go into the kitchen but I was wrong . Seung Hyun was 5 then . I was doing my makeup when I heard a bang from downstairs , I quickly went to see what happened and I almost had a heart attack '' she was laughing . We were all laughing except for one person 

'' Mom ! '' He whined and he was weirdly cute 

'' What ? I am just saying the truth ... okay where was I ? oh yes , when I entered the kitchen I was welcomed by Seung Hyun that was covered in cream from head to toe . The cake was all over the place . It turned out that he wanted to taste the cake but since it was high he kept pushing it until it fell on him '' Mrs.Choi continued 

'' I remember I cried a lot that day '' added Hye Yoon 

'' I got scolded too '' Argued Seung Hyun and it was such a funny sight '' What's so funny '' he said to me 

'' I didn't know you were such a naughty child '' I said 

'' You're talking as if you were an angel , don't you remember what you did to Ji Hoon ? '' Interpreted my mother 

'' Mom ! I was just a kid ! '' Oh god ! everything but that story . It's annoying and I was only 4 years old . 

'' I was a kid too ! '' quickly spoke Seung Hyun but I just glared at him 

'' What did she do ? '' Curiously asked Hye Yoon

'' Ji Hoon had a project that he was preparing for school and it was important . But on the day of the presentation , we found everything cut in pieces and whatever that survived was colored in pink . '' 

'' Omo ! '' 

'' Why did you leave the important part ! '' it was my turn to whine like a child '' On that same day I asked you to give me some papers to draw on them but you ignored me and told me to do what I want . Ji Hoon's room was the only place I found papers in it and I was only 4 '' I explained 

Everyone was laughing and having fun until my mother said '' Children are the best gift anyone can ever get , you'll know that when you have your own child '' Everyone smiled .Of course except for me and my husband . I quickly drunk some water and Seung Hyun was coughing awkwardly 

'' She's right . I can't wait to have a grandchild '' Excitedly said Mr.Choi 

'' But dad you already have a grandchild , why would you want another one ? '' calmly spoke Seung Hyun 

'' Yes , but I also want another one . Well not just one '' he replied smiling

'' He's right , son . I want a grandchild too . We're getting old and w
