as promised, yay! well almost. I got busy yesterday so the week ended before I could post an update but here it is now. this is definitely my fastest update. Sur woke up with a start, taking a moment to fully come to before she hastily took her phone and looked at the caller ID. She couldn’t help the disappointment when she realised the phone call was not from her Bubbles but rather from BoYoung unnie. “Unnie? Hello?” Sur’s voice surely sounded raspy like someone who had been sleeping. “Oh? Did I wake you up?” “Yes unnie, you did that.” “Sorry sorry.” She apologised cutely. “It’s alright. You didn’t know.” “Where are you now? “I’m at home. Why?” “Oh. We are about to leave from work so wanted to hear if you’d like us to come and pick you up wherever you are.” “Thank you. I’m home already and I will start on dinner. Is it okay if we have an English supper tonight?” “Yes please. Was wondering when you’d actually do something in that house.” Sur just laughed at BoYoung and said goodbye. Sur went downstairs and tried to think up something to cook for dinner. She realised there weren’t enough ingredients so she went out to buy a few groceries at the nearest grocery store, just a 20 minutes walking distance away. Throughout the whole distance to and fro, her mind was completely occupied with Baekhyun. She wondered how he felt, what he was thinking, what he was doing. She reached a decision not to tell anyone about what had happened. As she thought about the events of the previous night, a sudden thought came to her. They had not used protection! She hastily looked up her period diary in her phone to check if she had passed her ovulation day. She was a bit relieved that her ovulation day was the next day so she hurried to the nearest pharmacy and purchased a morning after pill which she took immediately without minding the stare from the dispensing technician there. When she got home, she busied herself with getting dinner ready. Soon enough, the family of three came bursting into the house with BoYoung being the most hyper one. She jumped onto Sur’s back as she welcomed her back home. The other two gave her hugs and expressed happiness that she was back. “What are we cooking?” BoYoung snooped trying to see into the pot Sur was stirring. “Unnie, you should go freshen up and see for yourself on the dinner table. Your energy amazes me, it’s like you weren’t at work the whole day.” “Yah! I’m just happy my dongsaengie is home safe and sound. But you’re right, I’ll go and have my shower. Will be back in ten.” Sur laughed as she watched BoYoung run up the stairs, almost tripping on the second one. She wished she had her carefree energy too. Soon enough it was supper time and by the time the trio finished freshening up, Sur had already set the table. Dinner was eaten over small chit chat. Of course the trio asked her about where she had been and Sur had expected this so she answered flawlessly as she had prepared in advance. “Remember that EXO concert we went to? Well, there is this guy I went to high school with that I met there and we exchanged numbers. He has been working here for ages and he is as good as Korean. He has a lot of Korean friends too. So I went over to his house yesterday and they had a party there. After getting a painkiller to relieve the headache he got from over thinking, he decided to call his trusted hyung and ask for advice. “Baekhyun-ah…hello? “Hyung…” Somehow Baekhyun felt like breaking down and choked on his words without having said much. “Baekhyun?
