Jinyoung’s POV

“JUNG JINYOUNG!” I heard her yell as I looked up to her with intense eyes to listen to what she’s going to say

“I LIKE YOU!” she uttered while she stares at me

Those words kept on echoing inside my head, trying to sink in what she just said

I was shocked

I don’t know what to do nor how should I react

She stepped down and approached me

Her little voice started to speak but I cut her off and walked away

What have I done?

I made her cry in an instant

I said words that hurt her

I told her that I don’t feel the same way as she does when the truth is, I do

I broke her heart when in fact… I LOVE HER

It’s painful for me imagining her crying yet I’m the one who stabbed her heart

Breaking her heart was and will be the most foolish thing I have ever done in my entire life and I will regret it for the rest of me

Love has never been so complicated until you give up to someone who is worth fighting for

I love her, like the stars that will always shine bright to give light on her gloomy days, like the butterflies that will offer its life to let her touch happiness

But in just a moment, I haven’t become her star or her butterfly

I really do

I just treasure our friendship the most

I need more time to realize my true feelings

Jinyoung ran to his room, balls of tears came rushing down on his cheeks as he shut the door close

He never saw it coming, he didn’t even knew he was crying

All he knew is that, his heart is being torn into pieces… bit by bit

He curled down, holding on his knees
