Foreword
In a white room with nothing more than a vase of newly bought flowers, and two sleeping beauties, being the only things giving the room any form of color, there is a sudden twitch of a finger, almost impossible to notice. More twitches occur, before finally a pair of heavy eyelids struggles to open, seeing a world that had long been frgotten in the land of sleep. The other sleeping figure in the room slowly awakes as the feeling of a hand moving can be felt under his own. Rising from where he had been resting his head and arms on the bed, he opened his sleepy eyes, only for them to widen as much as they could, all sleepiness forgotten. For a moment, he just stared at the boy in front of him, who was looking back with a confused look, before suddenly hugging the boy partly to make sure he wasn't dreaming or seeing things. It felt very much real. After a minute of making sure, he sprang up and out of the room shouting a mess of words at the first nurse he could spot. When a doctor and a few nurses had gathered around the single bed in the white room, the doctor carefully examined the now awake beauty.
"What is your name?" The doctor asked with a hint of worry in his voice.
Now sitting with his head against the wall, the boy answered with a hoarse voice, almost a whisper "my name is..." Just as he was about to answer the seemingly easy question, he was hit with a sudden realization.
He had no idea who he was...
