Introduction

A petite figure girl who just arrive to the arrivals of the airport,waiting for someone to fetch her from this unfamiliar place and country.After getting her stuff all by her own from the carousel,despite of her being petite – people around couldn’t help but staring at her and wanted to give a hand for her with the baggage.However,she resisted their kind hearted offer since she is way more tougher than people judge from her physical appearance.Checking the phone that one of her friend had sent her the photo of the landlady’s son that will be coming over to fetch her when she arrive at Incheon Airport,Seoul.Person by person, she look around to find the guy in her phone but haven’t found him yet.He should be here already.I had reach in time ,I guess.Just right as she searching for the guy in her phone,she eavesdropped,no more like overheard since that guy more like talking loudly in the airport like he own it.

“..no way I like petite girl.Like how do I see them when in the crowd.I don’t want to holding a little sister to go to date.People will make joke of me.Petite sized girl is a jinx for me,make me a joke for everyone,”a guy with half –shave of head on the left side ,dressing like some kind of idol with black coat and luxury accessories – kind of hip hop plus R&B style making fun in a group of girls that surrounded him.This circumstance is more like flirting over the girls.

The petite sized girl couldn’t control her anger when she heard that guy mention that petite –sized girl like a jinx.Somehow, it hurts her self-esteem.She had been thinking of not in to someone matter but this time is exception because this had involve her own self-esteem for being petite sized girl who doesn’t look like her age.

“Excuse me,you dumbo ,do you think you can easily hurt someone self-esteem like that?”the girl approach to the group to self-defense herself.The scene right now kind of look like a mouse being surrounded by the giraffe – she had to lift up her head to talk with them.

“Emm…. What is the matter with you?”the guy asked first.As soon as the petite sized girl scanning the guy’s face ,comparing with the photo in her phone,she recognized that the guy in her phone.

“You’re the son of Mrs.Bang the landlady?”

“And you’re Son ChaeYoung?The transferring student that will be having homestay in our house for these past 6 months?”he bend down to have a proper look of the girl,”This is disappointing ,I thought it will be a y lady that rent our room.I didn’t expect a girl that not even hit by puberty yet to be with us.Are you sure you’re a high school student?You didn’t lie about your age?”more and more humiliate words from the guy targeting the petite sized girl.

“You will be regret of what you just say just now”the girl frowned at him.

“What did you just say?You should be louder,you know your voice can’t be heard from down there,”he is making fun of her again – the group of girl immediately leaving with this kind of uncomfortable consequences,leaving the two.

She stretched her leg before hardly step on the guy’s foot,causing a sound of growling lion from the guy,”Owuch!!!”

“Oh,sorry,I didn’t see that coming,”she successfully mocked the guy.

The first meeting of the transfer student ,Son ChaeYoung and the son of Landlady ,Mrs.Bang had been with mockery and humiliation .This is the first time of ChaeYoung return to Korea after her whole family immigrate to Vancouver.She didn’t expect to be having a rude welcome,she just wanted to leave a good impression for being in this country.Since,everything were different from her country,cultural,food,language and people around are different from Vancouver.How will she know that this guy,son of the landlady will be rude to her first.Will she be able to live peacefully within these 6 months in overseas?Will she get a long with the landlady’s son for these 6 months?And how did ChaeYoung became a scattered brain guy’s English tutor?

Characters

Son ChaeYoung, a transfer student who being chosen by the school to be studying in Seoul for 6 months.ChaeYoung originally was from Korea but when she was just 3 years old,their whole family had immigrate to Vancouver due to her father’s job.So,Korea is like a second home for her.Yet,after living in Vancouver for almost 15 years now,she prefer Vancouver over Korea since she had almost forgotten all the Korean words.Almost.

Besides,ChaeYoung was an art school student and also the genius at her school.She was one of the top student in her school.So,the transferring student programme had chosen her as one of the reason because of her academic scores.She didn’t like it as well but her mother insist her to go.

Leaving from another country of different language and different cultural wasn’t that easy for everyone,ChaeYoung had no exception.However,since ChaeYoung was a top student,from learning new things and language won’t be that hard for her.Plus,the country she will be study in was the country she use to live before.The memories perhaps had faded a little as she was still a toddler when they leave,yet a little bit still remain in her.

For being the genius and top student in the school,ChaeYoung doesn’t have much friends because of human jealousy feelings,the girls in her school quite jealous of her and doesn’t want to be friend with her.Yet,there’s still this a girl namely Momo be one of her bestie.Momo is the one who introduce the landlady,Mrs.Bang for her to have homestay within these 6 months.

Being a petite sized girl wasn’t just who ChaeYoung is,she is also quite short tempered especially when someone make fun of her height.She could do anything to mock down that person who make joke of her height.

Bang MinSoo,a still high school student even after 2 years of SAT exam,he still couldn’t passed it.He had been taking the exam for twice now,if this year he still failed it,he won’t be going in university.

He might be look big-sized compare with ChaeYoung yet he had a small brain.Despite of his sized,he just a scattered brain who knows only flirting with girls and hanging out with his friends.As same as ChaeYoung,he also attend an art school.

Unlike ,Chaeyoung who is short tempered,MinSoo was quite a patient guy,deducting the fact that he loves to sleep a lot.He have a friend namely JiHo but prefer people to call him Zico who study in overseas before,his English was like an English man , at least that what MinSoo thought of.He want to learn English too but not to be used in daily life but to passed his exam for this year.However,his hatred to this language makes him fail again and again.

Besides of Zico,he also have a few friends more since he like to socializing,completely different from ChaeYoung who only got Momo.

His pronunciation of English is something that you wouldn’t like to hear.He just playing with it,what he heard almost the same words,he will said it out.
