Yoongi and Hobi just look like those two guys wearing tracksuits in the manhwa shop of You Who Came from the Stars :D so they became the useless helps in Seokjin's restaurant. The others' roles are also based on what I thought they were supposed to be before that Bangtan Bomb came out haha :D
