What could hold more suspense in the life of a resident other than the Emergency Room, more commonly known as the ER ? Absolutely nothing, . Nothing should matter more when the life of a human being is resting at your hands. Whether the person will breath or his/her heart will stop pounding against the thoracic cavity lies on their skills. However, a handful of doctors have higher concerns when their efficiency becomes the weapon to handle a national crisis. Sometimes fate takes the cruel shape of having to save the life of a mass murderer because there’s a knife about to cut through the neck of a loved one.
