I took a shower and changed my clothes to the dress I prepared. Then I curled the tip of my hair; I placed the bunny ears in my bag because I will surely look ridiculously cute if I wear it on the way to his apartment. Wearing the backpack and holding the cupcake on my hand and the balloon on the other, I merrily went out of my place and off to his. “He’ll be home in half an hour!”

I hurriedly placed the cupcakes inside the fridge and ran to his room, hiding in his closet. I squeezed myself between his hanged clothes and the balloons in my hand. I giggled knowing he will surely be surprised by this.

30 minutes had passed but he was still nowhere in sight. He was supposed to be home already though. His class has ended twenty minutes ago! I pouted at the thought of him being late in our special day. You’re so going to get this Choi Seunghyun!

I slowly lifted my gaze to his back as I am clutching the strings of the balloon tightly. There I saw the BEST present I could get on our second anniversary—Choi Seunghyun, my boyfriend for two years, kissing a girl … like it will be the last time he could get it. I blinked back my tears and swallowed the lump in my throat.

The girl pushed him on the bed and he fell backward. The girl giggled coyly and took off the rest of her upper garments. Her back was on me, and he will not see me if I will have to step out of this closet because she was riding him. Before I could witness more of their lewdness, I quietly stepped out of the enclosed space. I heard him moaned loudly and when I glanced at them, the girl was humping.

That was my last straw. I walked towards them and threw the gift, that was wrapped in a box, exactly on his face.

He groaned. “What the he— “and his eyes widened in horror.

“Happy 2^nd anniversary Seunghyun. Thank you for the two years and happy break-up!”

I turned my back to them and ran as fast as I could out of that dungeon. Away from that cheating bastard. I could still hear him shouting my name before I could step out of his place.

Here I thought that he will be very happy and surprised with my present, but it was the other way around. I was surprised BEYOND CONTROL.
