“Mepphy, seriously now, who would make you the principal of True Cross?  It’s the equivalent of making Satan head of the Christian church.”

She asked this with a wide, enthusiastic grin. Her eyes were almost obsessively focused on him, with a look of admiration and curiosity.

Mephisto joined his fingers under his chin and grinned back, showing his sharp, pointy teeth.

“You do know that this isn’t a story meant to be told to everyone, right?” He said in a mysterious voice, gazing enigmatically.

“Of course… but you are about to tell me, aren’t you, you fabulous demon, you.”

He stood up from his chair and made a small gesture with his hand. All the curtains in the office closed, obscuring the light coming in through the large windows. Mephisto stood tall in the middle of the room, surrounded by a dark aura and with his eyes more sinister than ever. His grin had widened so much that it gave him an insane look.
