"I'm sorry about that. I hope you'll take this cake as a sign of my apology?" he said to me.

He was tall so he had to bend.

He flashed a smile.

I nodded and turned my back against him, afraid he'll see me blushing.

"Bad choices of words!  _______-ah! That was so stupid of you!! He didn't even had any wrinkles on his face yet I called him an Ahjusshi! CRAP!" I scolded myself silently as I hit my head.

The Ahjusshi soon left and I was relieved.

"________-ah.." Juliane approached me, slowly.

"Omo, you bought a cake huh?" she asked me.

"Mmmm.." I said while nodding.

She looked at the windows of the shop and saw a tall guy, walking out of the shop.

"Who's that?" she pointed at him.

"No one!" I responded.

"W-w-wae?" I stammered.

"This may sound absurd but who cares, did he pay for the cake?" she asked me in a weird way.

"UNNIE!!!" I snapped at her.

Juliane knows me too well. She could tell when I was lying.

Furthermore, I'm bad at lying.. *sigh*

She grinned when she saw me blushing.

"Kaja! I should take you home now. Wouldn't want your umma to be mad now, won't we?" she winked and placed her arm over me.

"......"

I remained silent throughout the journey.

[Few minutes later]

"Ta-dah!! We're here! I'm off! Bye bye _______-ah!"

She waved at me and continued walking.

I walked slowly towards the door and entered slowly too.

"You're back?"

A familiar voice came out from the silent background.

"Umma, ne, I'm home." I replied.

She smiled at me.

"______-ah, long day at school? You seemed worn out.." she said.

"Ne..Mondays, umma.." I responded politely.

"Go and get change. Take a warm shower, arraso? You'll feel fresh later. And oh, don't forget to study later on, ne?" she said to me before heading to the kitchen.

She made a sudden stop and turned at me.

"Be quick, then you can have your dinner.." she smiled at me.

"Ne!"

I went up the stairs and opened the door to my room.

"Hold on."

"Cake.."

I realised that I still had it with me.

Quickly, I place it on my table and head straight to the shower.
