Taeyong shrug indifferently as the others rambling over how cute Koeun looked, as he'd turned to his phone in boredom. Taeyong being himself as always, wasn't the least interested. He couldn't care less put it bluntly. He'd busied himself as the others carried on without him, occasionally glancing over to see if Mrs Shim, their dance instructor had arrived. 

Speaking of whom, Mrs Shim walked in, as the others quieten down at the sight. They weren't keeping quiet because Mrs Shim told them to, but because their eyes were drawn to a scrawny boy behind her. He looked fairly tanned, and rather petite-looking for his age. Yuta squealed excitedly as he'd gushed over how adorable the boy looked, eyes never leaving his'. "You'll scare him, Yuta." Hansol remarked, shaking his head in exasperation as he watched Yuta giggle to himself, unable to contain his excitement further. 

"Say hi, Ten!" Mrs Shim urged the former, as the new rookie bowed politely, greeting the rest of the trainess with a nervous smile. "H-hello, i'm Ten." Ten gulped anxiously as he'd introduced himself, stuttering as he'd struggled to find the right words. Ten was terrible at speaking Korean, and was worried if the others had trouble understanding him for that reason.Fortunately, their actions seemed to tell him otherwise as the rest cheered encouragingly, with Yuta's occasional squealing and Hansol's constant shushing. Ten smiled brightly at that, but his smile soon faltered at the sight of one, worried eyes meeting his' hazel nut ones. 

Taeyong stared at the said boy intently, not showing much of an interest, as Ten's doe eyes stared straight back at his'. He must admit, the boy was indeed attractive. He would've lied if he said his heart hadn't stopped for a brief moment there before Ten pulled away with an awkward smile. He could tell the latter was very much flustered at the cold response, and as he watched the said boy sigh helplessly, he found himself grinning.

For what reason though, he didn't know. 

a/n; couldn't contain my taeten feels so here it is! my very first (definitely not the last) taeten fic 

it' is going to be a really fluffy one this time round /squeals/ 

so do anticipate tons of taeten feels and cute couple moments in the upcoming chapters!
