"I want you to go to this address and stay safe until I find you again,"

     Jieun's father blurted as he tried to catch his breath from all the running. He pushed the bag full of money into Jieun's hands and grabbed the shoulders of Ji-woo, Jieun's younger brother. He stared into his son's eyes for a few seconds and grinned, pulling Ji-woo in to his embrace. Ji-woo hugged him back with warmth, because the three of them knew that this could be the last time they might ever see each other. 

"Dad,"

Jieun stuttered.

"What do I do with this money?"

"Listen to what I have to say very carefully,"

he whispered and slipped something out of his pocket. He took out a small picture frame from his inner pocket and held up the frame with a picture of them three together. He slipped out the picture and revealed the back-side, which revealed a long series of numbers. 

"I want you to take this money and put it in this secret account."

"Why is this money so important? Why does this have to split apart our entire family?"

Ji-woo asked, staring at his father who was constantly on the watch for his chasers. His father smiled and caressed his son's cheek. 

"Once this is all over, I'll explain to the both of you."

He glanced at his children one last time and pulled both of them into his embrace.

"Jieun, keep this money safe no matter what. Go to this address and live a normal life. That's the only gift I can give you so far."

He tied his shoelace in a hurry as he heard the chasers nearing up. He took a deep breath and prepared to run out of the small alleyway, but before doing so turned around and looked at his daughter one last time.

He glanced at his watch and smiled at the sound of his watch beeping and marking 12:00AM.

"Happy Birthday, my beautiful daughter."

Jieun watched as her father's silhouette disappeared through the small crack, followed by a bunch of chasers sprinting after it. Jieun cleared and dried her eyes getting warm, walking out of the alleyway with her brother right by her side. 

"Let's hope this is the last time we have to hide."
