Because of how busy her unnies have gotten preparing for their comeback next year, Soohyun really didn't have any time to dwell on how her heart raced faster than normal with Wheein unnie. Or how the thoughts in her head became a disorganized mess. Instead, she only focused on making sure her byun unnies weren't overworking themselves with lyric writing and vocal and dance practice.

"Hey, can I have six iced americanos, please? And these." The maknae manager set down a selection of breads, all of them her unnies' favorites. She waited for her unnie to recognize her.

"Will that be all- Soohyun-ah!" 

"Hi unnie, long time no see." Soohyun replied playfully, accepting the hug the cafe owner had to give her, leaving the counter quickly.

"Yah, Soohyun-ah doesn't come by any more!" Despite scolding Soohyun, her unnie went back behind the counter and set about making the americanos. "Did Soohyun-ah forget all about her unnie?"

"Mianhe, unnie. I've just been really busy helping manage the unnies, they're rising stars, you know."

"I can see that." She stopped to give Soohyun a look over while the coffee machine was going. "Aigoo, Soohyun-ah looks all grown up and responsible. Then again, Soohyun-ah was always the diligent one, even when she was a little girl."

"So I've been told." Soohyun shrugged in response.

"But for some reason, my unnie senses are also telling me that Soohyun-ah seems confused about something."

"Everybody can get a little disoriented while they're busy, unnie."

"I know that, it's just that Soohyun-ah is generally a very organized person. Your thoughts are always organized!"

"Hmm, maybe I've just been a little tired, that's all."

"If you say so. Soohyun-ah has my number."

"I know, I'll see you unnie." Soohyun bid her farewell, taking the bag of bread and tray of drinks carefully back to the van.

"Unnies, I'm back!" Soohyun entered the dance practice room. "I bring food and drinks!"

"Soohyun-ah, you're an angel!" Moonbyul took the drink tray out of her hands.

"Thank you, Soohyunie!" Hwasa took the bag of bread next.

"It's no problem, unnies." Soohyun took one of the americanos out of the tray. "And this is for manager unnie."

"Aigoo, gomawo Soohyun-ah. Did you have any trouble driving by yourself?" She asked worriedly, making the beagle-dols look at her with surprise. Soohyun-ah drove by herself?! She has a license?!

"It was fine, it was nice to be behind the wheel after a long time."

"Good, maybe we'll have Soohyun-ah drive us from now on."

"Unnie~ I said it was nice! I'll drive every now and then, not all the time!"

"I was just teasing, Soohyun-ah. I won't take too much of your time, don't want the kids to get too jealous." She left the room.

"Soohyun-ah, gwenchana?" Solar asked with worry.

"Soohyunie's not hurt?" Wheein asked, back hugging her dongsaeng manager, who started turning red.

"I'm fine, unnie! I was just a little nervous, but I got back fine." She used her short height to slip out of Wheein's embrace, heart racing, mind a mess. Here was one of the few instances she liked being shorter than all of her unnies.

"Aigoo, uri maknae's a strawberry~" Her unnies started cooing and pinching her cheeks, which made Soohyun whine. Okay, this was something that she understood, it didn't confuse her.

"Anyway, I asked manager unnie and Kim daepyonim permission to let MAMAMOO unnies have a short break to relax. What do the unnies want to do?" Soohyun asked after they had their fun.

"Noraebang!!" The beagle-dols unanimously decided after tearing into their pastries.

"More singing it is. The unnies will get to see how I drive, so they don't have to worry as much." Soohyun sighed amused. "But first, we finish our food."
