"Are you sure with this? Mom will be sad" Sehun asked.

"I had to, brother. Besides it's just for one year" Jongin said while packing his luggage.

It's his flight tomorrow. He'll be studying at a culinary school in LA. The course will be for one year.

"You can study here instead, why should it be in LA?" Sehun asked

Jongin laughed.

"I'll miss you too bro. No worries I'll be calling everyone everyday if you want to."

"She's there right? that's why you choose LA."

"Hun, you know i love her."

"More than Kyung..."

"Dont bring her in to this conversation. She has nothing to do with this" Jongin said in a serious tone.

Next day at the airport

"Mom, don't cry. You look ugly." Jongin laughed.

"You take care ok? Call me and always drink your vitamins. Don't sleep too late. I will miss you my Nini" His mom said while tearing up.

"Babe, we can still visit Nini though if we want to" Kris said to his wife.

"Baba is right eomma. You dont have to worry" Jongin agreed to his dad.

"But it's still not the same without you at home" Junhee pouted at his son.

"I'll call you mom. That's a promise.Yah! Wu Sehun, you'll be incharge in taking care of mom now when baba is not around" Jongin reminding his younger twin brother.

"Yeah yeah! I know!" Sehun said

"Now hug me baby brother" Jongin smiled.

"Idiot! You're just 4 minutes older than me"

But still hug his brother.

"Won't you say goodbye to her?" Sehun asked.

"No, she'll be fine, I guess." Jongin said

Sehun can see the sadness in his brother's eyes

"I have to go now"Jongin forced a smile

"You take care son" His baba

"ofcourse Ba, love you." And hugged him.

Junhee started crying.

"Nini, eomma will miss you"

"I know eomma, i know" He hugged her tight

"Go now, Jongin"

"Bye guys! See you soon" Jongin said and went inside the departure gate.

He dialled someone on his phone.

"Hey babe, I'm here at the airport now. See you. Yeah! I love you." He said on the other line.

"Are you ok?"Luhan asked with her worried look

"Ofcourse! Why?" Kyungsoo smiled.

"You dont know? He did not tell you?" Luhan who suddenly hugged her.

"What are you talking about Lu unnie?" Kyungsoo asked, confused on luhan's actions.

"Today is his flight. He's studying in LA"

"Who? Sehun?" Kyungsoo asked

"No kyungie, it's Jongin.

Kyungsoo's body stiffened.

It seems the world suddenly stop.

So he decided to follow her.

And he didnt even tell her.

"Oh ok. That's good. There are so many opportunities for him in LA. Besides Krystal was there"

Kyungsoo with her forced smile.

"What happened really? You're his bestfriend. I thought the both of you already decided to study culinary on the same school." Luhan asked

Well, things changes. She thought.

"And you love him Kyungie" Luhan said

"And he loves Krystal, unnie."

Kyungsoo looked at Luhan with her sad eyes.

"I will just be his friend"

"It's been a week. Call him, Kyungie" Her mom said.

"Maybe he have reasons why he didnt tell you."

She was still contemplating if she should or should not call him.

In the end she decided to dial his number.

On the third ring he pick up the call.

But she wasnt expecting his answer.

"Hello, who's this?"

'Who is this?' It was not Kyungie~ah or squishy noona.

She was using her number.

Did jongin changed his phone and forgot to save her number?

"Hello? Are you going to answer?" Jongin said.

"Ah, I'm sorry. Jonginnie, it's me Kyungsoo"

Then it became silent on the other line.

"Ah Kyungsoo noona. Why did you call? I'm preparing for my class. Can i just call you later?"

"Ah really? I'm sorry. Sure sure. bye!"

"Bye" Jongin said and drop the call.

Why is she crying?

Stupid tears! Why won't it stop!

Maybe because she knew.

She knew Jongin won't call her.

She knew Jongin wasn't meant for her.

Jongin loves krystal.

Krystal loves Jongin

They are perfect for each other.

She was just his friend.
