A SIMPLE SWEET DATE  

After the Interview, Taecyeon offered to send me back to my apartment. 

Taec: Anything on tonight?

Jo: Nope

Taec: Can I cook dinner at your place?

Jo: You have nothing on tonight?

Taec: No. I come by later okay, gotta get change and buy some groceries first.

I looked at the clock it is already 8pm but Taecyeon has not arrived yet.

I switched on the TV  but my mind was not focusing at the programme,  my eye kept staring at the door and I was waiting eagerly. 

I jumped up excitedly at the sound of the door bell.

He came in while  holding a lot of packages in his hands

Taec: Hi, sorry I am late, something came up just now.

Jo: its okay, as long as you are here.

I can't stop smiling as I was unable to cover my excitement. Taecyeon went straight to the kitchen and took out all the ingredients.

Jo: Do you need an apron?

Taec: Yes please.

I took out two aprons from the kitchen drawer. I put it on for him then tie a knot to tighten the apron on his back.

Taec: Yah, this apron is too lacy. 

Jo: Why,  it looked good on you. 

I giggled at the girlish apron he wore.  He did look weird but I tried to hold back my, laughter 

He shook his head.

Taec: Let me help you too.

He put it on for me and tied the knot while I am facing him with his hands on my back.

Jo: What are you doing?

Taec: Tying a knot of course.

He smirked . He held me and landed his chin on my head.

Jo: Come on now .

I pushed him aside. 

Jo: What are you cooking? 

Taec: Taecyeon Simple Dish, Teokboki and Kimchi fried rice.

Jo: That's your favourite dish isn't it?

Taec: I eat anything actually. 

Jo: I will make the ABC soup.

Taec: ABC soup?

Jo: Yeah. Basically vegetables soup, potato, tomato, carrots.

Taec:Okay,  sounds good. 

We helped each other with the cutting and cooking. It was fun stirring up a meal, while enjoying the moment. We kept bumping into each other because of the small kitchen area.

We finally sat down to try each other dishes. I scooped up a spoonful of my soup and let him try.

Taec: Mmmm Its delicious.
