Intro:    Minnie’s countless times of attempt to see Bummie – mesmerized by her? (His) beauty. Still has not given up and let’s see if his persistence pays off…

Chapter 2-        Hoping for … A Glimpse…

                          Am happy to have met you…

Point in time:     Kibum’s and Minho’s Age – Up to 4 years of Age

Location:            Choi’s Home

There was a time that everyday, Minnie took time to drive his go-kart to their gate – hoping to see Bummie. At times, he’d persistently ask one of their helpers to accompany him and leisurely walked along the Kim’s Manor – wishing to see Bummie over but to no avail.   

Months have passed; hoping, yet again - pestered his Dad requesting to go and visit the Kim’s to introduce him to the mistaken girl – Bummie. However, Leeteuk would remind him that the child he saw was a boy but Minnie as stubborn as he is – did not believe his Dad until he sees it in his own eyes.

A year has passed; finally, Minnie surrenders and believes his parents explanation but still wants to meet Bummie no matter what. Leeteuk understands this kind of situation as Minnie has no one to play with and believes that Minnie is in a hopeless stage of searching for a playmate. Taemin is just almost a year and a half not much for Minnie’s sake he can do about it – but to support and give more attention and consideration as much as possible.

 Minnie:            Dad, why that Bummie boy do not come out to play?

Leeteuk:          Oh, he does not have quite a “simpler” life son.

Minnie:            What do you mean, dad?

Leeteuk:          Bummie maybe is busy studying or his parents take him along with them in different places.

Minnie:            Oh..studying? Me - why not studying like him? I want study too same school like him dadd..

Leeteuk:          Yes you will Minnie, but why are you so worried about meeting Bummie?

Minnie:            I don’t know daddee – maybe I like him. Bummie is beautiful daddee – you go see him daddee – very pretty.

Leeteuk:          (Confused by his son’s statement, just says) Oh..uuhmmm. Well, anyway just you wait for another year and you have
                        brother Taetae to play with… (cooing his second son – Taemin). So don’t get upset, Minnie, ok?

Minnie:            Ok, Daddee – hello Taeyee!! Grow up fast so we can play, okie? (After awhile, Minnies says) Daddee, can I go out and 
                        play – am boorred.

Leeteuk:          Don’t you want to play video games, Minnie?

Minnie:            Played them all, Daddee

Leeteuk:          Ok, then you may go but don’t get too far, ok? (Calling out for a helper, Mr. Kikwang – an older guy, to look after Minnie).
                        Mr. Kikwang, can you accompany and take care of Minnie while he is playing? Am afraid, he might end up going for an
                        adventure, you see?

Kikwang:         Yes, Sir – come along Minnie.

After quite a lot of time spending playing alone; Minnie perches himself near the gate overseeing Bummie place.  Just for luck he guesses, glancing at the Kim’s gate – it is like almost a second skin – waiting for something to happen. While in the process of doing this many times, Mr. Kikwang notices and asks Minnie...

Kikwang:         Minnie, what is wrong? Is something the matter?

Minnie:            No nothing... (just as he finishes saying – the Kim’s gate gives a sound of like – a screech – a notice that the gate is 
                        opening. Upon hearing this, Minnie tugs Mr. Kikwang’s hand to rush outside), Mister Kikwang, quick lets go outside to
                        watch and see please!!

Kikwang:         Why, Minnie?

Minnie:            No more asking, Mister Kikwang, please, please, let’s go!!

Kikwang:         Ok, ok Let’s go.

Minnie:            Hurrrryyy and carry me, please!

In a bewildered state, Mr. Kikwang does what Minnie asks him to do. Carries him and runs towards the gate and goes outside – just in time of their stop at the Kim’s gate, it starts to open.

Minnie:            Stop here, Mister Kikwang stop and put me down please.

Kikwang:         Ok, here you go Minnie.

Minnie:            (Squeals, jumps up and down saying). Mr. Kikwang look a car coming out!

Mr. Kikwang does not know what has gotten to cause Minnie’s excitement – just stares at the little boy’s anticipation, again Minnie says

 Minnie:            Mister Kikwang, look! Look! Oh, so many cars coming..three cars? Wow many big cars, Mister Kikwang, see!!

Kikwang:         Yes, I see that Minnie.

Minnie:            Is Bummie there in one of the cars?

Kikwang:         Who?

Minnie:            Bummie!!

Kikwang:         Oh! The boy you always hope to see again?

Minnie:            (Shyly but excitedly, responses) Yes! I want to see him agen. Oh, they are coming (running eagerly closer to the gate)...

Kikwang:         Arrhhmm..ok.. (In his mind thinking, seriously, what has gotten to this Boy – what is he over-excited about?)
