KPK’s Kibum Office Headquarters…
Kibum, Taeyang and Joonie….

At ten o’clock in the morning, four private helicopters land at the center of the KPK Headquarters – two of which, inside of each is Taeyang and Joonie. Everyone at the KPK Headquarters is in panic as they were only notified ten minutes before the arrival. One of the top officers asking ten of his staffs to come with him says…

“Come everyone;
let’s meet Mr. Taeyang and Ms. Joonie…quick… Mr. Edward…
Set everyone ready for anything they might need…”

“Right away, Mr. Peter…”

They all step out of the building in a rush to meet them – all surprised when they see in a distance, from the center, both Taeyang and Joonie together with eight top confidential staffs are walking in their direction – and thus, they walk as fast as they can to greet them. Entering the building, says Peter.

Peter:              Good morning Mr. Taeyang… Good morning Ms. Joonie…

Taeyang:         (shakes Peter’s hand) Good morning Mr. Peter and everyone.
                        Ms. Joonie and I are sorry for this visit in such a short notice.
                        Mr. Peter, My wife and I will have a
                        very important confidential meeting at the penthouse.

                        Please take necessary actions and let’s be careful
                        and be discreet…

Peter:              Yes, Mr. Taeyang…and by the way,
                        do you need any help from our side…/

Taeyang:         (smiles) Nothing as of this time, I will let you know if any…so for now…
                        Please do not let anyone enter the Mr. Kim’s building…

Peter:              (nods) Yes, Mr. Taeyang…

Joonie:            (smiles) Thank you Mr. Peter… we will go ahead…

Reaching the penthouse unit, Taeyang orders the eight staffs to wait outside thenafter him and Joonie both trembling and hearts beating so fast – twist the door knobs overwhelmed with excitement …

“It’s been so long… goodness…
I never thought I’d be opening this door again…”
Taeyang says...
 

“I know… Dear… I know… me too.
I feel like I want to explode…”
Joonie replies…

Upon entering the entrance door, the surrounding smells how it was used to be and both of them look at each other – taking a deep breath and smile – Joonie saying…

“Just like old times… I miss this…
I miss our Bummie…”

Taeyang nods and grab Joonie’s left hand thenafter treds the expanse of the hallway, Joonie speaks…

Joonie:            Dear, are all the documents in…?

Taeyang:         (nods) Yes… hundred percent sure…

Joonie:            (smiling) You do realize that
                        we are now facing a new type of Bummie…
                        20% more brilliant than before…
                        I wonder how he acts now…

Taeyang:         According to Minho, a bit different
                        – forward and no longer shy but his old habits never die…
                         it’s still the same…
                         innocent when it comes to other matters
                         not related to business…

Joonie:            (giggling) Same old Bummie…
                        with a different outlook in life for smaller things...

Taeyang:         Darling, here we are ready yourself… darn it…
                         I am so nervous…

Joonie:            Breathe… Tay…

Taeyang knocks, opens the door and Kibum appears carrying food and drinks – a plenty; both look at each other in surprise wondering what Kibum is up to and then suddenly the latter notices them says…

“Good morning Mr. Taeyang and
Mrs. Joonie… It is good to be back…
come let’s eat…”

 “Welcome back Kibummie…”

“Welcome home Mr. Kibum…”

“Thank you Mr. Taeyang… and Ms. Joonie,
please don’t call me Mr. Kibum…
we are family remember…
come let’s eat first and talk business later…”

Kibum looks at them in such a serene and happy way – it is as if though a smile that they have been missing for such a very long time; Joonie gulps and chokes and thus, could not contain the overwhelming joy she’s experiencing – squeezes Taeyang’s hand with whom the latter turns to look at her and understands what’s going inside her mind so that he embraces her to calm and steadies her emotions.

Kibum notices Joonie’s condition and so he walks towards them and embrace the both of them saying…

“Thank you Mr. Taeyang and Ms. Joonie for always looking after me,
my family and taking care of whatever all there is of me…

Both of you are like a second parent to me…
I am sincerely in very thankful from the bottom of my heart…
Again, thank you very much…”

Taeyang and Joonie embraces Kibum like parents welcoming their son who they have not seen for a very long long time. Taeyang could not utter a single word except that his eyes are b with tears as he has never failed to pray for help, courage and strength to carry the burden of guilt for not looking after Kibum’s welfare every single day of his life and that one day Kibum gets back his memory and be with them again – until today, everything he has hoped and prayed for happened. He feels so ecstatic, relieved and thankful that he has Kibum back – a person he considers his son and thus he says…

“I am so sorry Kibum if somehow we have failed you…”

“Mr. Taeyang, there is no reason to apologize for…
everything happens for a reason…
all my life I have never experienced what its meaning.
I guess this is a way of God telling me – am human after all…
so don’t worry… alright…

(puts his arms around Taeyang’s and Joonie’s shoulder)
come let’s celebrate and please if you may

(looks at Taeyang) tell me everything that
had happened in my usual self absence…”
