When they reach Natalie’s bedroom area, Minho slowly and gently assists Natalie to lay her body on the bed then continues to talk…
Minho: (gasps and smiles) Oh my god…
they will love Kibum’s kids…
and imagining how enormously beautiful they are…
my… especially Yuri…
she attended Kibum’s 16th birthday party too…
Natalie: Oh really…? Is she nice…?
And your cousin too… what’s his name…?
Minho: Jonghyun and his fiancee’s name is
Yuri who by the way was my girl friend…
and the reason why I almost left Kibum…
Natalie: (shocked) oh…is that so? What happened?
Minho: (sighs) They were both foolish and
the certain day like sort of "realization moment" that
I invited Yuri to live me with was the day
I found out that they were in love with each other…
(looks at Natalie) same like you...
Yuri just like was so upset during the birthday party
due to Taemin and me’s shielding Kibum…
Natalie: (sighs) yeah…honestly…Minho…
I can understand how she felt that time…
but I was the one lucky to be with Kibum…
(smiles) I can say that right…?
Minho: (nods) yeah… very lucky indeed…
Natalie: (laughs) silly Minho…
(jerks when Dr. Tiffany makes her presence)
Ohhh… the documents…
(looks at Minho) Minho, are you ready as well…?
Minho: (nods) I am…
Natalie: (looks at Dr. Tiffany) Auntie… Minho is ready…
can we start with the signing…?
Dr. Tiffany: Sure…
(opens the envelope) Here it is…
(lays the documents on the table for signature
and asks Natalie to explain what’s written)
Natalie, dear I think you need to explain to Minho
what’s he need to sign…
Natalie: (gasps and smiles) oh… okey…
I will though I have informed him mostly the important
details in those documents in our way here… but
(looks at Minho) Minho… please listen…
what’s written here are basically straightforward conditions …
here we go:

Person who knows; that is, Auntie Tiffany,
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Taeyang and you Minho. -
Children names: Minnie Margret Natalie Sofia Antoinette
and Kibum Richard Philip Henry - Kim Kibum and Choi Minho are the parents of Minnie Margret Natalie Sofia and Kibum Philip Richard Henry.

In case something happens any of the parents,
Minho or Kibum will be the sole person to decide
and takes care of the children.
If in a rare situation both parents are incapable the next who can act as guardians are:
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Taeyang then again repeating the
“just incase” situation – Auntie may act as the sole guardian.
That’s it, so Minho I trust you understood what I just said…
Minho: (nods) Yes… and I am okey with that…
Dr. Tiffany: So fine then, let’s all sign…
I have prepared three sets of these original documents
– one set each for Minho, one copy for both
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Taeyang and mine.
Dr. Tiffany, Natalie and Minho each sign on the documents and when done; Dr. Tiffany gives one duly signed original document to Minho and her as well. Just as they finished, Natalie speaks again now facing Tiffany…saying…
Natalie: Auntie… I apologize for not telling you sooner
but I need you to know who I am…
Dr. Tiffany: (surprised) Wh…what?
Who you are…?
Natalie: I am the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Batista…
Dr. Tiffany: (gasps) HA!? They are your parents…
no wonder your face kinda look familiar
– your parents are my clients…I guess your entire family…
Natalie: (nods) I know… when they learned that
you are my doctor, they were so happy.
Dr. Tiffany: So do they know that this is the time of your operation?
Natalie: (shakes head) No… same with Kibum.
What they know is next week.
Auntie, please take care of informing my parents
and Kibum after my operation.
I just called them few hours ago to greet
to extend my final thanks and farewell in a casual manner
but of course they don’t know…
Dr. Tiffany: (nods) I will… Natalie, Minho… please wait here…
I will ready all the attending doctors
who will be helping me during your operation.
Natalie… someone will come to get you…
I will no longer come back as I will be in the
operating room waiting for you…
(kisses Natalie’s forehead and tightly embraces her)

It pains me to see you go but I respect your wish…

Minho: (bows) Thank you Auntie…
Natalie: (nods) Thank you. I love you too Auntie Tiffany…
After Dr. Tiffany’ and Natalies’ statement, the suite room becomes silent. Minho could feel the eerie atmosphere that is starting to envelope the room – it feels so morbid, but the love and affection emitting from Natalie’s aura have helped the morbid feeling to go away. He does not know how the other feels hence, only she exactly knows how it feels from the moment she learned how her journey in life would be.
Minho watches Natalie’s expression and amazed to see how calm she is – with her eyes closed laying her back on the 45 degree angled comfortable bed. For Minho just the thought of someone dying is already spine-chilling and fearful – it is like a forbidden word for him. Staring at Natalie who is still peacefully and silently undisturbed and accepting; Minho could not gather together emotions same like her where he can openly say the way Tiffany has just said.
Minho even visualizes the reaction Kibum might be undergoing right now knowing the person he loves has chosen not to let him know of her final hours without even just for the chance to be together before goodbye. Saying to him self…
“Thanks heaven, I am not the one informing
Bummie of her departure…
If she requested me....
I don’t know how possibly I can deal with it…”
