Minho:             (smiles) oh…

                        (hugs Jonghyun) welcome hyung…. It’s been awhile… how are you? When did you arrive?

Jonghyun:       Just about hours ago… I was waiting for you to arrive… Auntie and Uncle picked me up
                        from the airport… sorry for not letting you know… it is kind of a surprise, you know…

Minho:             (puzzled) but why come here… I mean you have a pretty good life in the states… ne?

Jonghyun:       (yells a bit) YAH!!... this is my first time coming here and that is how you greet me…
                        kicking me out suddenly?

Minho:             (sighs) so sensitive hyung….

Jonghyun:       Fine…

                        (sighs) ooiii… what’s up with you lately… it’s been a very pretty long time since we have
                        seen each other again…

                        (looks at Sooyoung) Auntie… Minho here why has he forgotten me?

Sooyoung:       (giggles) oh… he has just been very busy lately… he is working now! Finished his college
                         early… a full-pledged architect…

Jonghyun:       whoa! Minho? An architect? So great!!… but why so eager…

Minho:             (smiling) nahh… hyung I just want to finish early so I can be of use to Mom and Dad…

Jonghyun:       (sighs) I never thought you had this side of you…

                        (and face looks around) and Taeminnie, where is he?

Sooyoung:       (gasps) oh sorry … he is just finishing things he has to do for his graduation in high school
                        and needed for the college application in Paris…

Jonghyun:       (shocked) Auntie… what is going on… I feel like I am caught in a middle of a strong
                        whirlwind or something… everyone is going so fast… Auntie?

Sooyoung:       (sighs) I guess the two wants to grow up early and experience life… I am even amazed
                        myself… but…

                        (looks at Jonghyun) I am happy that you are here …

                        (looks at Minho) Minnie, he will be staying with us starting now…

Minho:             (squeals and hugs Jonghyun) yeah…. I am so happy hyung that you are here… what
                        made you decide to come and live here?

Jonghyun:       (puts his hand on his chin – acting thinking) aahhh… I need a new atmosphere… a
                        different environment… do you think

                        (looks at Sooyoung) …aaahh.. Auntie… for someone all-rounder like me….

Sooyoung:       (giggling) you are an engineer, right?…

Jonghyun:       (embarrassed)… yeah… but if jobs are hard to find lately I can also do a lot of things –
                        while studying engineering; I also studied and finish some short courses…

Minho:             (gasps) whoa… hyung really?

Jonghyun:       (sighs) yeah… you need to expand yourself more, so if one is not in demand in the market
                        go for other opportunities…

Sooyoung:       (smiles) very clever so what more other jobs can you do?

Jonghyun:       I draw, sing, design clothes and cook…

Sooyoung:       (gasps) Oh my god…. just what Jessica and I need…

Jonghyun:       (surprised upon hearing other name) who…Jessica? Auntie…

Sooyoung:       (shakes her head and hushes Jonghyun) hush… jonggie… it is Jessica… Auntie
                        Jessica… she’s just a year younger than me – a very dear best family friend of ours…
                        Mother of Minho and Taemin’s dearest beloved friend…

Minho:             (raises his pointer finger to silence Sooyoung)… Mom…

Sooyoung:       (covers )…aahhh… anyway… good … I can easily recommend you to people I
                        know…

Jonghyun:       (appears confused) beloved friend?... hhmm…

                        (then suddenly mood changes upon hearing a job opportunity for him)…aaahhhh really
                        Auntie… job for me? YES!! YES!!

                        (hugs Sooyoung) Thanks Auntie… I greatly appreciate it…

Sooyoung:       So how’s my dearest brother in the states, how his businesses going along? That Dad of
                         yours never lets me know what is going on with him – always so secretive…

Jonghyun:       (sighs) you know Auntie… it is a pretty tough time in the States … Dad and Mom used to
                        be walking on a very thin wire managing our businesses… good thing last year… things 
                        have been very good lately…

Sooyoung:       (surpised) why… what happened?

Jonghyun:       Our companies were saved… Dad and Mom have been busy flying to different countries
                        arranging the mergers and the good thing about this person is that he still lets Mom and
                        Dad continuously govern the businesses despite buying sixty percent shares of stock from
                        our businesses…

Sooyoung:       (gasps) oh really… my god…

                        (furious) why did he not tell me about these things… I could have helped him… goodness
                        stubborn older brother of mine…

Jonghyun:       (chuckling) like Auntie, he’d ever will… you know Dad’s immense pride is way larger than 
                        life…

Sooyoung:       (in query tone) so what about this guy who helped them, how did they meet him…

Jonghyun:       (thinks) wait Auntie… not directly meeting him… there was a person representing on his
                        behalf. It was more like a gathering of businessmen worldwide… sort of a conference…
                        and it just so happen that Dad bumped into this person and they talked… Dad is a talker
                        and you know that Auntie… Dad… talked and talked up to discussing his business 
                        problems to this person… As a result, he became interested and requested my Dad to
                        gather all his documents and told him that he’d see what he can do about it…

Sooyoung:       (in a bewildered look…) so… continue, we are listening…

Jonghyun:       (whining tone) Is it really necessary that I tell you this…

Sooyoung:       (raises her eyebrows) Jonggieeee… you want me to put you inside a box…

Jonghyun:       (raises his voice in opposition) yyaahh… Auntie… I am a grown person now… stop
                        treating me like a kid you’d really love to bully …

Sooyoung:       (giggles and hugs Jonghyun) ok… ok… continue ~~jonggieeee~~

Jonghyun:       (sighs) ok… so that person came to our house and discussed so many things with Dad
                        and Mom… finally, after a month… Mom and Dad were so elated sharing the news that all
                        of our businesses were saved from possible closures… the owner proposed to lend
                        Mom and Dad capital investment without interest and just pay when able to acquire
                        back forty percent ownership...

What is more fantastic about this guy is that according to Mom, if our businesses do well, the owner is willing to sell twenty five percent of his shares so we can have full control of our businesses …so for the meantime, he is helping Dad and Mom to recover the losses they have suffered by integrating our businesses with his – making us one of his distributors for his various industries…

I mean Auntie, Dad and Mom never in their wild dreams to become one of this company’s distributors as the previous owner was known to be very meticulous about letting other companies supply them.

Imagine Auntie just by being a distributor for him, is like an assured success for a lifetime. You may choose to ignore selling your products to other interested companies and just fully concentrate with his line of businesses. Mom and Dad told me that he has over thousands of businesses worldwide…

(catching for breath) Can you believe that Auntie – this person owns over thousands of industries… Is he kind of a genius or what? Honestly, I was told how incredibly or shall I say powerful this man is…

Dad and Mom were so ecstatic about what luck had suddenly came to them – that when they shared the news to me, they were crying in happiness… I was speechless… I never realized how irresponsible and selfish I have been living a life just to thinking about my worries and concerns. It made me realize about myself as well… so here I am trying to do things on my own and creating what I believe my own path…

And to this man behind the curtain… he is so great … my god… I am a fan of him, whoever he is…

Sooyoung:       (sighs) aaiisshh… jonggie you more like a fanboy to this guy… so who is he? you have not
                        told me who this guy is…

Jonghyun:       (gasps) my god… Auntie… he has been all over the news many years have passed…
                        have you not heard of him… According to Mom and Dad… the business tycoon is a very
                        young person… but chose not to reveal himself… he is a very respected young
                        businessman and so popular worldwide…
