Kris #1
Luhan stood over his sleeping friend and shook his head, disappointed that Kris was drinking himself to obliteration. The man showed up at his place a few days ago, unannounced, before crashing on the couch with liquor by his side.
“Kris.” Luhan called and tapped the sleeping guy but of course there was no response. The 6ft wonder was to dead to the world as of now. Luhan considered letting the man sleep. It seemed that what ever was bothering Kris had deeply infected his skin for him to drink every single day since he was here but damn, it's been four days since he came and Luhan still had no idea what the hell was going on.
“Hey, Kris!” Annoyed at how unresponsive the drunk was, Luhan resorted to action, pulling the man off the couch and sending him crashing to the floor. Kris did nothing but groan, whining at the pain his felt. The smaller man eyed Asia's sensation and couldn't help but pity him. “Damn, what are you doing to yourself?” They've known each other for a long time, since they were teenagers, and not once had Luhan seen Kris so.....ty. The guy before him was an utter mess and nothing like the fashion icon the world knew him as. His hair was unkempt, his clothes the same since he got here, and the skin that was so flawless became prickly from facial hair.
“What do you want?” Kris sighed and mushed his hair around, slowly and groggily climbing back onto the couch. “I was sleeping pretty peacefully, you know?”
“You’ve been staying at my house for four days and I still don't know what the ing hell's up with you.” Luhan calmly questioned, carefully sitting down beside his friend. “I think I deserve an explanation, Kris.” Kris was not only secretive but also uncommunicative. He'd never come out and talk about his problems to anyone. “Come on, you've done nothing but drink day and night the moment you walked in here. Does this have anything to do with Hwayoung?”
Kris was a fool for his wife but he was also a fool himself. He loved the girl dearly but didn't always express it well and sometimes made stupid decisions. And Luhan noticed that the couple hadn't been doing very well, regardless of them being too dense to realize it yet he would never expect for the next thing Kris said to happen.
“….She cheated on me.” The tall man revealed the heartbreaking news, reaching for the bottle of whiskey on the floor to take another swig.
“What? Hwayoung did?” Luhan shook head in disbelief. Hwayoung wasn't that type of girl. “I don't believe you.”
“I didn't believe it at first either but Sera showed me the evidence. She had photos of Hwayoug kissing another guy.” Kris didn't want to remember that day. He had never felt so betrayed in his life.
“God, you don't know how ing pissed I am at this. I'm given the girl so much and she just ing betrayed me.”
Maybe his ears were just clogged up but Luhan still had a hard time believing this. Im Hwayoung wasn't a cheater. The girl was way too nice to betray anyone. “How do you know Sera isn't lying about this, Kris? Photos could be made up....” Sera was a different story. She seemed sweet but nobody knew for sure what went on in her mind. He knew Sera was in love with Kris and she'd do almost anyone to win over the man's heart.
“I've known Sera for a long time and she's my closest friend, she wouldn't do that to me.” Kris defended surely.
“I've known Hwayoung for a long time too, Kris. Just as long as you and I know she isn't that type of person.” Luhan combated and defended the girl at fault. “Maybe there's a misunderstanding.” He wasn't apart of this relationship or ordeal but he could easily see that something was off about this situation.
“There's no misunderstanding, Luhan!” Kris was tired of hearing about this. He didn't want to
