“Sooyoung, you did this to me”

Jessica snapped out of the blue while sitting on the rocking chair trying to calm herself down from whatever she was thinking about. It wasn’t even a serious issue, she was just thinking about chicken nuggets and how she didn’t get to eat them 5 months ago. Yeah, 5 months ago. Sooyoung who was currently typing on her computer, turned around and glanced at her wife with her eyebrows furrowed in the middle. Thinking hard on what could she possibly did 3 minutes ago, that could piss off her wife. But so far nothing comes to mind as the whole day has been going nice and that is somehow surprising.

“Me?” Sooyoung asked

“Are there any other Sooyoung in this house?”

“Babe, you’re at it again”

Jessica knew that she was at that phase again. Cranky, grumpy, frustrated, whatever you call it. But she couldn’t shrug those thoughts away. Everything annoys her, even the colour of Sooyoung’s laptop annoys her and she doesn’t know why. Jessica groaned and stared at her belly, and a smile slowly forming on her face as she rubbed it slowly

“You did this to me” Jessica mumbled again without even looking at the latter

“I did what?”

“This” Jessica pointed at her belly

“If only I don’t love you so much or this baby, I wouldn’t be this stressed and give you a hard kick in the ”

“Sica, you always kick me in the a-”

“Shut up”

Sooyoung giggled because she knew her wife so well. The brunette stood up and approached her wife before slowly squatting down to Jessica’s level and placed her palms on top of her wife’s hand that was currently resting on her belly. She looked at the both of them with admiration. How Jessica was carrying their baby and how strong Jessica has been all these months. The thought of having a mini Sooyoung or mini Jessica in the house just excites her to her core.

“We’ll see you soon”

Sooyoung smiled and planted a kiss on her wife’s belly. The sight of that somehow melted Jessica’s heart and she felt so lucky to have this tall dumb brunette as her wife. As dumb as she may be at times, she can’t deny that Sooyoung is rather a great companion and a lover.

“And this would all be over soon”

Sooyoung said to Jessica and leaned in to give her wife a peck on the lips

“I love you” Jessica spoke

“I love you too. So much”

Sooyoung smiled and went back to her position a while ago, which is in front of her laptop. Suddenly, Tiffany and Yuri walked out from their kitchen and Tiffany handed a mug to Jessica while Yuri sat down beside Sooyoung. Yuri was there to help Sooyoung regarding a project and is going to guide her whatever she can since she also knew how stressful she could be when Jessica gets on her nerve again. So, yeah.

“Here ”

Tiffany said and Jessica took the mug from her. Jessica took a sip and did a distorted face almost spitting the drink back out

“What the hell is this?!” Jessica exclaimed

“A drink?” Tiffany stated obviously

“It’s ing bland!”

“You’re welcome” Tiffany replied sarcastically

Jessica grunted and stood up, trying to make a drink herself because her best friend is freaking useless, she thought. Jessica placed her mug on the island table when suddenly Tiffany called out for her

“Jessi! You spilled the drink all over the floor!” Tiffany says in an irritated manner

“Ppany, this isn’t even your house what the ” Yuri’s voice could be heard

“Shut the up you stupid ! I didn’t even spill it!” Jessica answered as she stared at her full mug

“Then what the heck is this water?!” Tiffany yelled again

Curious at how the water wasn’t even there before she stood up, and her mug was also still full, she frowned that maybe it was Tiffany or Yuri who spilled their drinks earlier. But those thoughts were cut off when she felt like her were soaked and also water gushing down her legs

“Oh ”

Well, you know what that means

“SOOYOUNGGGGGGGGGG!!!!”

Sooyoung, Yuri and Tiffany almost fell on their backs after hearng a loud roar coming from the kitchen. To Sooyoung, it only meant two things. She was in trouble, or, she was in trouble.

Either way, she is still in trouble

The three of them ran towards the kitchen where the blonde was and they could the sight of Jessica breathing heavily with both of her arms resting on the island table and her head ducked down.

“WHY? WHAT HAPPENED?” Sooyoung asked as she approached her wife in a hurry

“Holy ” Jessica answered

“What’s wrong??” Yuri questioned this time

“I think…”

“I think my water just broke”

Sooyoung’s eyes were widened in shock and struggled to balance herself and her wife. oh Jesus Christ, Jessica is about to give birth and she wasn’t even expecting it to be today. Jessica wasn’t even supposed to due in at least two weeks’ time.

“WHAT?” Tiffany yelled

“I think I’m in labor”

Sooyoung was starting to get all panicked because she hasn’t even prepared all the baby stuffs that were supposed to bring to the hospital. Needless to say, she hasn’t even prepared . But she was still trying to look calm in front of Jessica since she’s soon a parent. But, oh well

“Okay, okay. This is just like any normal day. Everyone, don’t panic” Sooyoung spoke

“Soo, we’re not even panicking that much” Tiffany replied

“WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE”

Sooyoung yelled and started going all over places only to receive a hard smack at the back of her head by Yuri

“You have no time to freak out now! Go upstairs and get the stuffs ready. Ppany, bring Jessica to the car. I’ll call the others” Yuri commanded

“OH DAMN, NOW IT ING HURTS”

“Breathe baby!” Sooyoung told

“I AM ING BREATHING JUST GET THE STUFFS READY AND GET IN THE CAR”

Sooyoung nodded meekly and ran upstairs to pack all the necessary things that Jessica and the baby might need. Towel wrap, check- wait

Yeah, Jessica and Sooyoung decided not wanting to know the baby’s gender and wanted it to be a total surprise. Sooyoung ever asked Jessica that what if it’s some kind of a gender that they don’t know about since the world is weird. And Jessica almost threw a slipper towards the latter.
