After chapters of trying to squeeze themselves into few stories and taking any open chances to get them known in the eyes of public, for what you know, the day is finally here!

It’s Taeny special chapte-

“I’M SO ING NERVOUS!”

Forget it. Author’s description was cut off when Taeyeon yelled at the backseat of the car while segregating few papers in her hands before slipping it inside her clear folder. Apparently, Taeyeon is going to a college interview today. This explains why she is very nervous at the thought of it.

“CAN YOU PLEASE CHILL OUT ON THE SHOUTING?! YOU’VE BEEN DOING THAT SINCE A WEEK AGO”

Sooyoung, who is currently driving the car, replied. Sooyoung and Jessica insisted on driving Taeyeon to where the interview took place. Jessica who is on the passenger seat, stirred up from her sleep and turned back. With an overly pissed face.

“If you raise your voice like that once again, I’ll make sure you’ll fail the interview and you’re going to have a gloomy future” Jessica said

“How does my interview have anything to do with you failing me?” Taeyeon asked

“I’ll punch you right here, right now”

“….”

“Don’t with me. I woke up early to keep Sooyoung and you company today”

“I woke up earlier than you! I woke up at 5.30 Jessica! FIVE THIRTY IN THE MORNING”

“Jesus guys, I can’t focus”

Sooyoung complained before groaning because the navigator keeps on rerouting due to bad connection

“I’m not sure if I can do this, guys” Taeyeon sighed

“Have faith Tae. I’m sure you’ll do well” Sooyoung replied

“I’m not even sure if I’m well prepared!”

“….”

“What if there is something that I forgot?! What if I forgot something that I don’t know?!”

“Did you really?” Jessica asked

“That’s the thing, I don’t know!!”

Taeyeon exclaimed once again while slipping all her documents in place

“Wait, do we need to photocopy all these certificates that I got from my school…?”

“Didn’t they tell you to photocopy?” Sooyoung asked

“I only did the important ones like birth cert, ID and all. But I’m not sure about this one...”

“Hmm, I’m not sure either. Well, you can just ask when we get there” Jessica responded

“Oh my god what if they all needed to be photocopied? And I didn’t do it? And then they’re going to look at me like I’m not well prepared, and I’m not a good candidate, and I look sloppy, and did everything last minute, and-”

“Taeyeon chill the out!”

Sooyoung warned, clearly shows that she’s done with Taeyeon’s rants at the back. Over the past week of trying to prepare everything, Taeyeon had been practicing her lines and what to expect from questions that’s about to be given. She’s just too damn nervous every since the news of her getting chosen to an interview. Taeyeon can’t help but to think of all negative thoughts instead. For instance, what if she couldn’t make it and some other stuff.

“I just can’t guys! Oh my god”

“Why don’t you try to relax, and keep your mouth shut? Look outside and watch the sunrise.” Sooyoung told her

“Them stupid sunrise won’t work when I’m this nervous!”

“….”

“Like seriously, look at me. I’m short and tiny. By the time I step my foot into the interview room, the interviewers going to look at me and wonder, ‘what is this 10 year old girl doing here?’ ”

Sooyoung and Jessica burst out laughing and decided to just listen to all Taeyeon’s remarks

“I don’t even know if my attire is what you call ‘formal’. I mean, white top and a slack? I look like a ing waiter”

“….”

“Then if I didn’t print out the copy of my certificates, and when they’re asking me about it, what should I say? That’s the part where I’m going to screw everything up and getting all panicky and stuff. Then because of that they’ll ask me questions I don’t know like ‘What was the last meal Hitler ate before he died?’ Well hell I’m screwed. I don’t even remember what I ate yesterday!”

“Seriously Taeng” Jessica spoke

“Then I won’t know the answer. Then I’ll cry. Then the interviewers going to cry. Then my parents are going to cry. Then the whole is world going to cry...”

“For ’s sake Taeng, are you seriously doing this right now?” Sooyoung asked

“It’s nerve wrecking”

“For the last time, you’re not going to do anything bad. If things do went wrong, there’s an open land there. You can just dig your own grave and die” Sooyoung continued

“What a nice friend” Taeyeon rolled her eyes

Taeyeon’s POV

Not long after that, we finally arrived at the College. When we were 30 minutes away from this place, I was already sweating as hell and the world just seemed to be spinning. Or maybe it’s just because I kept spinning my head while listening to the radio to calm down my nerves but okay that’s not important right now because the real deal is that I’m already ing here. And the interview is going to start anytime soon.

“Where are the others?” Sooyoung said while looking around

“Probably haven’t arrived yet” Jessica replied

“Or maybe we got the wrong place. Oh my god, am I going to be late?” I asked

“Jesus Tae” Jessica rolled her eyes

“Maybe you’re just too early” Sooyoung spoke again

We walked upfront and saw the registration place with some seats provided for the candidates way front and waiting seats behind them. There was literally no one else other than the three of us there and that scared me again because I really thought that we’re at the wrong place. Also that I’m that type of a person who is always late for everything so being early like this is like a complete new world for me. Like, okay, it’s like God is trying to change everything about me. But out of all things, why can’t my height be change?!

Just then a lady came to us and asked if we’re here for the interview. She told us that she’s one of the lecturers there and we were quite stunned about it because she looks very young to be in such position. She looks more like senior to be exact. She then started explaining about what to do during the registrations and where to sit and some other important stuff that I should probably pay attention to so I wouldn’t do anything reckless.
