Jessica’s POV     

I woke up to the sound of Sooyoung humming behind me while caressing her thumb on the top of my palm that was wrapped around me, with Sooyoung’s arm placing on top of mine. I stirred from my sleep indicating that I’ve woken up from my deep slumber and turned my head around to look at her, with Sooyoung raising her brows staring at me with her deep brown orbs before flashing me a smile. I returned her smile and turned my body around and snuggled closer to her, feeling her warmth that has always been my favorite. I felt Sooyoung’s fingers brushed through my hair before placing a kiss on my forehead and pulled me closer to her. Her hand then went down to my , slightly tapping it as if she’s rocking me to sleep like a little baby. Ah, I love this. Just a peaceful morning, peaceful day with no dumb Sooyoung, or crazy Sooyoung or drunken Sooyoung that she has always been. It’s nice for her to be normal for just one day-

“Sica?”

I heard her call, with her hand still tapping my cutting off my thoughts. I love it when she calls me like that, full of love, fondly and sweet just like she is.

“Hmm?”

I responded. She has always loved it whenever I responded like that early in the morning. She told me that it’s cute and I sounded clingy and adorable. I smiled at those thoughts, that has always brings joy to my days and to my life. She’s my everything, she’s my life and she’s mine. Sometimes I feel like I just got lucky to have Sooyoung as my partner that I’m willing to spend the rest of my life with. Sometimes I feel like I don’t deserve her because she’s just too good to be true. Sometimes I feel like I’m living in a dream and Sooyoung is not real and I’m afraid of that. Sometimes I-

“Do cockroaches sneeze?”

Feel like stabbing her with a cactus

“Sooyoung”

I sighed which made Sooyoung stopped tapping my and placed her hand on my chin, pushing it upwards so we could face each other. She gave me a sweet smile and caressed my cheek with her thumb before raising her brows once again.

“Yes love?” she replied

“No curiosity or dumb questions early in the morning” I told her

Sooyoung pouted at me

“So….cockroaches doesn’t sneeze then?”

“Sooyoung, can’t we just push those curiosities away and have a normal day for once? I just want to enjoy the day with you”

“Sorry love”

Sooyoung giggled and gave me a peck on my nose, which I scrunched in return. I love this side of her. So loving, so protective, so sweet, so…many words that I just couldn’t describe. I just can’t imagine my future without her in it as I’ve been spending most of my years with her. I wrapped my arms tightly around her waist before snuggling even closer and kissed her neck. Oh, her scent is so addicting.

“You smell good” I told her

“Really?” she said

“Mmm hmm. Your scent is to die for” I nodded

“Well, be careful princess. I don’t want you to die just yet. Not because of me” she joked

“I’m already dead inside when you acted stupidly by the days”

“That wasn’t me” she giggled

“Oh yeah?”

I looked up at her, smiling. Sooyoung nodded vigorously while grinning at me as if she’s challenging me. I stuck my tongue out and pinched her nose that made her squeal, slightly slapping my back telling me to stop. I let go of her nose and wanted to hug her again, but she tickled me out of the blue and I was struggling to be free from her so called torture.

“Stopppppp!!” I laughed

“No can do!” she tickled me again

“Babyyy stoppp!”

I pleaded her but she keeps on doing it as I tried to catch my breath because of laughing too much. She finally stopped when I accidently kicked her thigh that caused her to groan in pain

“Owww”

“Omo!”

When I saw the pain in her face, I immediately rubbed her thigh and straddled her, trying to soothe the pain away. Argh, stupid reflex. Now I hurt my lover

“Baby, are you okay???”

Sooyoung didn’t respond but her eyes were still tightly shut. Oh my god, did I kick her hard? Was there any bruise on her leg that I accidently kicked it? I kept shaking her body to tell me but she just wouldn’t respond.

“….”

“Baby…” I called fondly

“….”

“Baby, I’m sorry..”

“….”

“Soo, talk to me..”

“Do you hate me that much? That you want to kick me out of the bed?” she asked

“What? No!”

“You are so done with me being dumb all the time and you had enough of me..” she continued

“Baby no!!”

“You don’t want me anymore..”

“I want you so much!!”

I whined, still straddling her on her stomach. I cupped her face and pouted at her only to receive a blank face from my lover. Argh, I’m how could I be so careless. She’s actually so fragile-

*squeals*

I felt my back lay on the soft mattress of our bed. I blinked before realizing that Sooyoung was on top of me, her straight face was replaced with a grin

“Gotcha” she chuckled

“Yah”

I slapped her arm and pouted again. So, she wasn’t real
