Kibum is synaesthesiac, which means his brain processes sounds as colours. Every sound he hears, each vibration that his ultra-sensitive ears pick up, makes him see light- flashes, ribbons, patterns, spots.
His condition may sound beautiful, but Kibum would rather be blind- he would rather be deaf.
Enter Jonghyun. The man with a voice of gold.
The man who makes Kibum fall for the beauty of his colours.

Because I am not a synaesthesiac, I don't know how it feels like to associate sounds with colours..
I have tried my best to express what a synaesthesiac feels, but I may have it wrong...
The specific condition in this fic is chromestesia, or seeing sounds as colours.
Kibum identifies each sound with a different colour, or pattern.
Also, the comments have spoilers, so proceed with caution :P
