•  Kyo: He has been always called liked this since he was a little child because it is the short of "Kyosuke" is full name . He likes this nickname so much that he decide to used it as his stage name .
• Happiness :  He gained this nickname for his optimistic and positive way of thinking . Even in the most tragic and dangerous situations , he always tries to think positively.He always had anxiety problems since he was very little due to bullying  and this way of thinking helps him overcome a little. Moreover, he is always the first to help and console others (not only the other trainee but also the fans through his instagram) and pull them in good spirits when they are down. 
• Tuneful Prince/ Prince of harmony : For is melodious voice and his ability to express a lot of emotion when he sing , the fans gave him the nickname " tuneful prince" and "prince of harmony". Moreover, some members of Cosmic Day thinks he seems to have a prince attitude on stage ,especially when he pose for photo shoots.

Appearance: Kyo , who sometimes seems much younger than is 18 years old,  is thin and not very tall . He has quite fair skin ,a slim face with a long nose and pretty expressive eyes. His hair are straight and naturally black (even if sometimes it seems dark brown in some photos) . He has two parallel moles on hi left cheek and another small mole on his left wrist. For now, his ears aren't pierced and doesn't have any tatoos. Although he wore braces for years, his teeth have still problems but , according to the other people,  it is just his crooked teeth to make his smile really nice.

Style: He isn't a fashionista but seems very careful about the way he dresses. He likes to wear bright colour and "casual but chic" clothes  and loves and accessories like scarves, hats, rings and bracelets .[1-2-3-4-5]

• Positive: he is friendly, easy-going, cheerful , hardworking ,optimist, helpful and creative.

Personality: He is basically a nice and friendly guy who like talk with people and  has a good word for everyone . He is also very helpful and confort his friends and his bandmates when they needs someone. On the other hands , however, he doesn't like to talk too much a bout his problems and tends to keep everything inside, fearing to disturb the others (even if, in the end, his hyungs dongsaeng and can almost always get him to talk, although he is reluctant) . He has been always a very sensible and empathetic person who think more about others than about himself (and this can also be a bad thing) . When he was young he was shier than he is now but when he meet new people he still feels embarrassed and  may look less cheerful and friendly than he really is . Anyway, when he gets to know people more he turns from a shy and clumsy boy to a talkative and easygoing one. 

Background: Kyo was born in Seoul as the second child of a couple formed by a Japanese man , Tetsuya, and chinese woman , Biyu, who had met each-other when they were both excanged student at the University of Seoul . After finishing their computer science studies they decided to get married and to live in that City , which had many opportunities to find a good job. In fact , right after their marriage, they both find a well payed job in to a large Company . After some year of marriage , they first gave birth , in 1991, to a daughter, Megumi , and then to a Kyo , in the late 1997 . So, despite his being Sino-Japanese , Kyo was born and grew up in Seoul , the Capital City of South Korea, in a lovely "multinational" family.  His childood had been a normal childood until he started primary school . In fact , for his mixed origin, his strange name and , especially, for being a quiet child, who loves reading a book more than playing football or videogames, and diligent student, he was immediately targeted by the bullies of the class and never managed to get many friends. This situation , then, slowly, brought the child to develop low self-esteem and some kind of anxiety disorder that made him really shy, especially when he met new people or started new activities. In fact, in those early years of elementary school his best friends were the books and comics, of which he was an avid reader, and the charcters of the stories he used to create in his mind (he was a big daydreamer back then and he still uses to daydream). During his third year of elementary school he discovered the music, which saved him from closing in upon itself. Back then, in fact, His sister Megumi was not only an huge fan of Anime (and Their openings and endings song) but anche of J-pop and Kpop and loved to sing and listen, even to another volume and all the songs of his favourites idols and , thanks to her , also Kyo became interested in singing and in music in general . He began to listen to not only Korean and Japanese music, like his sister, but also Western one.  His loves for music grew and grew until, in the fourth grade, he asked his parents to be able to participate in the music courses that her school used to organize. His parents, who were enthusiastic about his decision , encourage him to do it and soon he  began to play the piano and sing for the school choir (in which, later, he also sang solo parts due to his nice voice). Thanks to singing he become more self-confident, less anxious and , especially, more happy . He also find new friends among the children who attented the music course with him . Moreover, during his last year of elementary school ,  his love for music, together with that for reading and for creative writing  ,  make him to start to write short songs which he "shared" with his music class as song to perform during the school's manifestations and festivals . It was thanks to one of his songs, sung by him during a school festival, which was discovered by an employee of TS Entertainment and became to train in that company in 2009 . Then, unfortunately, in 2012 he was withdrawn from TS , due , apparently , of a "concept" problem (actually the CEO say that he , despite his hard and long training, didn't suit the concepts TS would have to pursue for his future boy groups) after some audition he was accepted in to a new company, Jellyfish Entertainment, in which he trained until the debut with "Cosmic Days" . At first he was a bit sad because he left to TS their best friends , Jungsu , Jino and Junhoong and at first he was the only  trainee in Jellyfish (Vixx have already debuted while the other ex contestant of "MyDol" , the reality show in which Vixx members were selected among the Jellyfish trainees , had already left the Company ) but then , his hyungs from Vixx , their manager and some entertainment employees, make him to feel like at home , better than in TS (in which almost all the employees and the CEO had been always derespectful towards trainees) and even than in his music course he used to attend he was at school . He was the youngest back then but Vixx members treat him almost like one of them .  In 2013 Nicki , the actual keyboard player of Cosmic Day , joined the Company , and after him , the other five members of the bands , so that all the thirteen of them (the 6 vixx members plus the seven new trainees) and also the few girls trainee who was in the company at that time become a family in which everyone try to help the others when they seemed to have to have a problem and to confort the other when they felt sad . Then also some more and more female trainees joined the company and so , their "family" become even more big . Anyway, among all the other people in Jellyfish , Kyo has always get along the best with Nicki . The two were roomates during their trainee days and Kyo , who knows and speak English well , was the one who help the most Nicki in learning Korean . Meanwhile, Nicki help him to be more cheerful and more confident about himself (Nicki his Kyo's most precious dongsaeng . ^_^).

Likes: singing , playing the piano and the guitar (when he can) , animals, nature, walking, writing song about everything that impress him , composing, reading a lot, listening to music , watching anime, dramas and movies in the original language with subtitles in order to upgrade his skills in Japanese, Chinese and English, talking with his friends ,  go out alone or  with his friends (especially Nicki and the other Cosmic Day members) when he can. 

Dislikes: Bullying and bullies, people who only think about appearances , seeing people sad and/or abused , being unable to help other people when he wants to , seeing his friends sad or worried and don't understand why , being anxious , being misunderstood. 

Hobbies: singing anime opening and endings, playing one of his instruments , compose and writing songs (especially with the collaboration of Nicki) , reading everything he can find , especially fantasy and sci-fi books.

Habits: Humming songs when he does almost everything (especially cooking, tyding up the dorm and writing songs) . Make a lot of hand gestures , because nervousness, when he talking . Walking and hopping from side to side of the stage when singing a very "dynamic" song (like this) .

Trivia: 

• ​He has just become a student at "Dong Ah Institute of Media and Arts" (DIMA).
• He had previously attended Hanlim Multi Art School , majoring in applied music . 
• He has a lot of aegyo and likes doing it not only in the shows but also to make happy the fans , the members and the other people in general .
• His favourite food is Ice-cream.
• He likes doing concert and fanmeeting in wide natural environment (like parks and place like those).
• He thinks that shy people who doesn't talk a lot (like Leo from Vixx) are actually very kind, smart and sensible and don't angry and cold as almost everyone thinks . He also thinks that people like this will be really good friends if you approach them and starts to know them more  . 
• He trained almost 7 years : 3 under TS entertainment (2009-2012) and almost 4 under Jellyfish entertainment (2012-2016)
• He started to write songs in the the last year of primary school. Later, when he was a trainee in TS he learned also how to compose a song.

Why he became a trainee: He becomed a trainee casually . In 2009 ,when he was singing during an event organized by his school , a TS Entertainment employee saw him and , impressed by his singing , asked him to partecipate in an audition for the company he worked for. He was really happy because he likes to sing and he would have liked to be a singer  but ,at first , he did not want to participate because of the anxiety of making a bad impression . In the end, however, thanks to the encouragement of his family, decided to go and become a TS Entertainment trainee . Unfortunately , then , after three years of intense training in both dance and singing , in the late 2012 he was dropped by that Agency because , according to the CEO he doesn't suit the "concept of the TS" . Kyo was sad but not lose the dream  to become a singer that, in the meantime, had developed and had become increasingly strong, and decides to audition to some other Entertainment Agency , including Jellyfish entertainment where he was finally accepted

Personality: He seems a mysterious, cold and serious y guy but in reality he is very friendly, cheerful , huggable and clumsy guy . He is a bit shy but has a lot of aegyo and a very big heart. 

Relationship: At first they were only friend but then their friendship become gradually love . Unfortunately , they won't do anything until the very end of the story because both of them don't want to ruin their friendship telling the other the thruth. 

First meeting: Kibum is a trainee but no one knows under which company (probably a new estabilished company) that casully met Kyo and Nicki in a shopping mall before Cosmic Day debut and become a good friend with them . He always comes to Cosmic Day's concert and support them a lot. 

Interactions: Even if is pretty obvious that both of them feel something more towards eachother , they act like friends and try hard to hide their true feelings, sometimes acting clumsly . Nicki , the first who understand the thruth about Kyo and Kibum's feelings towards eachother , always encourage both of them to confess their real feeling despite all the worrying but without results .
