After get what she want, Ahyoung still didn’t have courage to open the journal yet. Don’t know why she is afraid that big secret hiding there all this time. One day, she asked Soojin to open the journal with her, so she come to her house,

“Why you still didn’t open it?, after this, we’ll go to the prosecutor to hand that diary..,” she said.

“What if, my brother is really at fault, what should I do then?, what if my brother really make Minjoon angry, so he hit him with his car, what should I do after that?. Mom and dad already know about this case, what should I do, unnie, ” she suddenly crying.

“Let’s do it first…although in the end, the root of this case is from your brother. At least, we know the truth..we reveal the truth. We just need the real one who hit your brother with his car go to jail, if there is another case inside it, we’ll solve it..one by one, okay?. So, now..calm down..let’s read the journal together.., ” she said while hugging her, then she start open the journal. They start to read journal and get detail, the journal is about Minjoon’s mother condition..but every week there always conclusion about it, then suddenly,

“Wait, I think I read it somewhere, a story from novel..psychology novel..some of them have something similar with this journal..,” she said to Soojin.

“Novel..who is the writer?,” she asked.

“I told you before..the hottest novelis..Minjoon, that time I said to you that the owner of the car name is similar with the writer name of some novel that I read that time..”

“Ah….ah…Minjoon, Nam Minjoon. Ah!!,” it’s look like she found something, “where is the recorder?,” she asked, I think I heard somewhere that he want to write something, like novel about one of his patient,” she said then Ahyoung take out the recording from her bag,

“There was something like that in this recorder?, I didn’t know it,” they listen to it one more time, Soojin who is aexperienced detective, know the detail about the recorder,

“I think, he said it when all of Nam family come to the hospital..and Minjoon told him why his mother became like that…which minutes is that?,” she still trying to find that part then, “here..,” Ahyoung’s brother voice can be heard,

“Today..Nam family come..not just the dad or Minjoon, Minjoon’s brother also come here, I see him for the first time..talk to him for the first time. Then, when he goes to play with her mom who doesn’t give him response, suddenly Minjoon tell me the reason why her mother like that. She said it’s because of his dad, his dad give her a lot of pressure. At some point, she lost her second child because of that, in the middle of pregnant her third child, she know the truth that her husband having another women, she almost loss her third child too, but fortunately the child is safe although he is a premature, he is Minjoon only brother, Mingook. Why, I don’t even know this kind of live?, he life such a harsh live, Minjoon-ah, you are a strong son, keep strong for your mother. ” The recording stop there, and it change to the next day,

“Became a psychiatrist is not my dream, but my mom’s dream who passed away since I was child. Because I want her to be happy, she saw her son doing the job she want.., Minjoon-ah, what kind of dream that your mother want?, can you grant her dream. My true dream is became a writer, I want tp write somethong, I already start it a week ago..a novel about your mother.., someday I think you’ll read that novel..,” he said then Soojin end the recorder,

“So, is it the reason why he killed your brother?, because his mother being in a mental hospital was such a big secret, but suddenly he came with that kind of idea, of course Minjoon will be angry to him. I think we must met him, Minjoon..,” when they are so concentrate, then suddenly Ahyoung phone ringing make them shocked, “wah…what’s was that?,” Soojin asked then look at her phone, “one of the twin calling you,” she said then smile to her, Ahyoung taking look at it then pick up the call,

“Hmm, what..?, why?, you said we can’t meet because of your parent there..,” she suddenly said that, “okay, I’ll be there then..hmm,” then end the call.

“Why are you stucking with the twins..?, what he want?,” Soojin asked.

“Ah..she want me to come to visit his brother, should I come and said to him that it might be my last visit?, because it’ll be really awkward if I keep come.., right?, ” she said.

“Why would be awkward if you keep come?, I think it’ll help him to recovery..just come and help him, both of them helped you a lot for this..,” Soojin adviced her, she look hesitant to do that. Not long after that text come from Jonghyun, said that he’ll pick her up,

“He’ll come here,” Ahyoung said, “Unnie bring all of this evidences, if you got something new, tell me.. ”

“For now, let’s focus on hit and run case. For this case, although there is connection between hit and run case and this case, but it’s just our speculation..let’s dig little bit deeper, and hope we can faind something..,” she said.

“Should I meet him again?, he said that if I want to continue to process this case, I can contact him because he has a big evidence,” Ahyoung want to meet Mingook again so it’ll became more clearer.

“Big evidence?, ah..not now, then I’ll leave first, Ahyoung-ah..” then leave her in that café.

Not long after that, Jonghyun cme to pivk her up,

“You realy didn’t have noting to do, right?,” she asked when he just sit.

“Let me drink first,” then drink his coffee, “let’s go..,” he said then they leave café, “hyung said, you didn’t reply his text…why?,” he asked.

“Because I’m little bit busy with oppa’s case,” she answered.

“But you pick up my call, is there something wrong between both of you?,” he asked.

“There isn’t something wrong. Ah, what kind of food that the doctor allow him to eat?, let’s buy something for him,” she said, then Jonghyun stop the car in front of porridge restaurant.

They arrived at hospital, then again, they meet Hyeri who came there to meet Jonghyun. Hyeri look annoyed because everytime she came, Jonghyun always with Ahyoung,

“Is there something between both of you?, why both of you always stick to each other?,” she asked angrily, “you..I clearly said it to you, right?, that we have something..our parent have plan for our future, when you already know about it, why you keep meeting him lie this?,” she aksed.

“Let’s go,” he said to Ahyoung, “I’ll talk to you later.” Then when Ahyoug walk pass her, she suddenly pull her hair, Jonghyun who saw that tried to stop her,

“I endure it before, but now I couldn’t…,” she said, Ahyoung couldn’t pull her hair back, the people in loby watching that fight,

“Today is the last time I came here…after all of this settle down, I won’t meet him again,” she said, she is in pain, then Hyeri released her hair from her hand, Jonghyun who heard that confussed, then Ahyoung leave them with a messy hair,

“Why she suddenly pulling my hair like that, ah..it’s so embarrassing..,” she runs to the toilet nearby, “okay, today it’ll be the last day I meet that twin, they already help me so much, I won’t bother them again..they even don’t know my oppa.., and I made their dad angry too..I should stop this now..,” she come out from toilet, Jonghyun is there, he suddenly grab her hand and pull her body to one of the lift,

“What did you said to her?, you just want her to released your hair, right?,” he still couldn’t believe what he heard before,

“It’s not because of that, I’m really want to do that. I won’t put any pressure to both of you, you could stop to help me, after this let’s call it even. You and Jonghoon help me, I pay that with this treat..before I already treated you something to eat, before that, I came to your house to have talk with your brother. So I think, there is no reason we meet again,” she said, they arrived in 4^th floor, there she meet Minah,

“Ahyoung-ah, long time no see..,” she said then smile to her, Ahyoung smile back, “yah, are both of you dating?,” she asked with low voice, but Jonghyun still heard that, he is grinning,

“What do you mean?, no, it’s not like that..” she answer, “I’ll go first, bye..,” she said and leave her following Jonghyun from behind.

“So, after this we won’t meet again?,” he asked.

“I hope, so there won’t be any misunderstanding again. Hyeri-ssi must be hurt so much seeing we like this, so I hope..”

“You didn’t comeback to my hyung?, back then you looking for him like crazy..I thought you still love him. Are you looking for him because he is one of the witnesses from your brother incident?, after you get what you want, you want to stop meet him, like that?,” he asked, that’s the thing he most curious.

“I’m not that bad. Back then, I’m really curious, where is he, why did he leave me like that..but after knowing so many secrets that hide behind it, after knowing the reason..so suddenly I want to stop this, because the feeling for him back then, not same again now, the feeling ‘liking him back then’ now change to ‘pitying him’. After meeting him for the second time..I realized that, should I stop this now?, but then he said that he need me, so I stay with him because he already help me even in that kind of condition, I said to myself, I’ll stay by his side until his operation finished.., now, I want to completely leave him..I’ll tell him..,” then he suddenly grab her hand, “why?,” she looking at his eyes.

“Can you just stay, from what you did before, meeting Mingook..I think there are still many thing leave that must be solve, so I hope you just stay, so I can help you like before,” he said.

“You should stop help me too…I’ll over come it with Soojin unnie, you don’t have to worry about it,” then he suddenly hugging her, they aren’t the other person there, they are now in front of his hyung room, but still,

“Yah..what are you doing now?,” she asked.

“Really, don’t ever said that I should stop meeting you, because I can’t do that..I really can’t do that.”

“Jonghyun-ssi, ah..it’s hurt, can you stop hugging me like this, I can’t breath,” she said, then Jonghyun released her from his hug.

“After this..shouldn’t you know why I can’t stop meeting you?,” he asked then heading to the only room there,

“Why I must know about it?. They are so sure from rich family, that’s the only room here..,” she said then following him from behind, he enter the passcode, then open the door, his brother is there, reading something on his bed, “hyung, she is here..” he said, then Ahyoung enter the room.

“I bought this for you, ” she said then put the porridge that she bought on the table, his face doesn’t look well, “what’s wrong with your face.., your brother said that you are in better state now,” she said.

“It’s okay, it’s just..,” then he put his book, Jonghyun saw her smile,

“Is that a fake smile or a true smile?,” he asked to himself in low voice, “then I’ll leave both of you here.”

After feedding him with the porridge, she give him massage while looking at him, it’s okay right if I say what I want to say now?, I really want to end it now..before it became worse..

“So, are you okay now?,” he asked.

“Hmm..I’m okay, I’m really okay. No need to worry, you must recover fast,” she said then continue massaging him, “Jonghoon-ah…there is something I want to tell you now..,” she said, Jonghoon heard what she said earlier to Jonghyun.

“You should go now, I want to sleep,” he said then cover his body with blanket, “tell me later, I’m really sleepy right now.”

“Jonghoon-ah,” she tried to explain to him.

“Just go for now, tell me later,” he said that again then close his eyes, Ahyoung leave the room with sad face. She meet Jonghyun in front of his room,

“Why?, you come out so fast..,” he asked.

“Really?, then I’ll go home now,” she said without looking at his face and leave him.

“What was that?, is today really the last day?, for you and hyung?,” he asked, Ahyoung stop her step,

“Maybe he give sometime to think, I’ll think what kind of words that I’ll say to him later so he won’t be hurt by it. Then I’ll leave,” she said once again and leave him.

“I’ll drive you to the radio,” he said while rying to grab her hand, but not long after that,

“Dr. Hong, you need to check patient in room no. 205, after operation yesterday, she didn’t open her eyes yet,” one of the nurse come and informed him about the patient.

“You should go and check her, I’ll go by myself..,” she said then bowed to him and the nurse. On her way to the radio, she get call from Soojin. She informed her that the tomorrow trial will be postponed because Minjoon still didn’t response,

“I’ll get him before it late, don’t be afraid, we’ll continue this although we don’t what’s behind this..at least we must capture the real culprit…,” after heard that, I became more brave to continue this and decided to contact Mingook,

“You said to me that if I want to continue this even after reading the journal, I must call you,” she said after Mingook pick up her call, “so, when we’ll meet up?,” she asked.

“My brother wouldn’t come to the court, he’ll go to China tomorrow morning, early morning by ship. If you want to continue this, catch him first, then I’ll help you for the rest,” after heard that she look shocked,

“You want me to capture your brother?,” she sked.

“Hmm..because I know he is wrong..he is the culprit..,” he said, “I won’t help him to hide eventhough he is my brother. Catch him first, then contact me after that,” he said then end the call, she hurriedly calling Soojin,

“Unnie, Minjoon will go to Cina tomorrow..he’ll go by ship, we should catch him first..,” she said. Soojin hurriedly tell her team to set up a trap for him in harbor, so he can’t escape to Cina,

Tonight radio, Ahyoung look so down and PD know it, when they take a break, she ask her if anything wrong, all of them already know about her brother case,

“Just, I’m worried that I’ll hurt someone in the process to find the truth,” she said to her.

“If you don’t tell the truth, then you and your family will be hurt, don’t get so much pressure, just do what you want to do,” she said, then stand, “we’ll start in 20 seconds, it’s for closing,” she said while put on the head phone on Ahyoung’s head,

“I want to be the sun for everyone around me, I want to be their light so they can find their way to the happiness, I’ll give them warmth when the winter come so they won’t be worried that they will get cold. To everyone who want to became the sun for your dearest people, let’s fight again tomorrow, because today’s sun already set. Good night,” she said then put off the headphone,

“You have work hard,” the PD said it out loud, then she’s walking towards Ahyoung, “go home an take a rest..you look really tired right now,” she said while rubbing her back, then Ahyoung smile to her,

“Thank you for today, I’ll leave first,” Ahyoung said then she leave the broadcast room and find someone who he know in lobby, when he saw her, he waving his hand and run to her,

“What are you doing here, Jonghyun-ssi?,” she asked.

“Soojin asked me to accompany you tonight, because she is really busy. She’s really worried about you, so she asked me to come here, let’s go..shall we go to the café?,” he asked.

“Is there any café that still open in the middle of night?,” she asked back, then leave him, “just, drive me home, I’m really tired right now,” she said while walking, after heard that he run to her and grab her hand, “I can walk by myself,” she said while avoiding his hand, she is tired but at the same time she really worried about Soojin, she wouldn’t let Minjoon let go, right?, “just let’s go to police office, I kond of worry about it..,” she said after Jonghyun start the car.

”Why?, you said you really tired right now, just go home, she’ll let you know right away if she caught him,” he said.

“How much you knowo about it?,” she asked.

“Minjoon will go to Cina in early morning, so I must stay next to you to take care of you, just that,” he explained toher what he know.

“I think, you must know about it, Mingook sent me this photo,” she said then give him her phone to show him what Mingook sent to her, “I called him and said that I want to continue even though I don’t know what happen the next..then he sent me this photo,” the photo that she show to him is a photo of baseball stick that there is blood on it,

“What is this?,” he asked.

“It’s baseball stick that used by Minjoon to hit your brother, that’s your brother blood, but, if I want to continue this I have to make sure that it’s really the baseball stick that used by Minjoon to hit your hyung, so that we must test the blood and the DNA on that stick, but, is that okay?, it’ll revealed his identity,” she asked to him, he look in a deep thought, “that stick still in Mingook’s hand, if it’s okay, I’ll get that stick, if it’s not okay..I won’t take it,” she said.

“The most important is your brother for now, if the one who hit your brother jailed, I thin hyung won’t mind it if the one who hit him didn’t revealed, he already in Jail anywhy.., don’t go near him again,” he said, he warn her not to meet Mingook again, “we don’t know what he plan, so just stay away from him. Although he said that his hyung must pay what he have done, they are still family who wouldn’t let go of his brother to get jailed that easy,” for k=now, she trust what he said, she’ll stay away from MIngook, “stay here,” he said then stop the car in front of the café, “I’ll get something for you,” not long after that he comeback from the café and bring two glass, “chamomile tea for you, it’ll make you relax,” he said then give her the chamomile tea.

“I listen to your radio, the closing is really cool. You want to be the sun for everyone around you?,” he asked, “you already became a sun for your parents, then my brother, then that stalker, then me..,” he said without face her, he keep driving, “should I drive you home or you want to go around first?,” he asked.

“I don’t want to go home now, just go around, when I get call from Soojin unnie let’s go to the police station,” she said, Jonghyun smile after heard that, then she call her mom to let her know that she won’t go home, “Jonghyun-ssi..,” she said again after in silent for minutes,

“Could you call me comfortably like before?, what’s wrong with –ssi, everytime you call me?. Just call me Jonghyun-ah.., it’s sound nice,” he said to her.

“Ahh..Jonghyun-ah..I don’t think I can tell your brother that I won’t meet him again while looking at his face like that, I can’t stand it.”

“Is it a pity or another feeling toward him?,” he asked.

“I’ll change that word, it’s caring from a friend toward her friend. I just want to show him that he’s not alone..,” she said.

“You said that, but after that you leave him?, just stay by his side, don’t leave him..show him that he’s not alone, stay by his side as his friend,” he said.

“I heard that, no need to yell like that...I want to take a sleep, wake me up when there is a call from Soojin unnie,” she said then close her eyes while leaning to the car window.

“Don’t you afraid if I do something to you?,” he asked, after heard that, she wake up and stare at him,

“If you dare to do that, you’ll die in my hand, ” she said and back to sleep.

“I don’t know that you can say something like that too, just sleep, I won’t do that,” he said, then goes to Han river so he can park his car, “sleep well, good night,” he said after putting his jacket on her then sleep too.

It’s already 2 Am, a sudden call come from Soojin, Jonghyun woke up and pick up the call,

“Are you with her?, until this late?,” she asked, “where is she?.” Jonghyun trying to wake Ahyoung up,

“From Soojin-ssi,” he said while giving her the phone, she abruptly wake up and take the phone,

“How is there, unnie?,” she asked.

“Yah..are you sure that he go today?, we checked all the ship that will go this early morning but we couldn’t find him,” after heard that she end the call and tried to call Mingook, but his phone is not active, she suddenly feel something,

“Did he lied to me?, so his brother can go out from this country,” she look angry.

“I already said to you, don’t trust him too much,” Jonghyun make her more angry, Ahyoung still trying to call Mingook but it’s same, there is no response, not long after that Soojin call again,

“My teammate said that one of the harbor staff did saw him, come here..but he gave different identity,” she said, “ah…I’m going crazy..we still trying to looking for him, that staff said that it’s not long ago..so I hope, that ship still here,” she said then end the call, it really reassured her.

“He didn’t lie to me, his brother is there, don’t say such thing like that again..”

“Did you just look after him?, your stalker?,” he asked a question that really make her mad.

“Stop it with that word, he help in this case a lot, although it’s his brother..I won’t considered him as stalker, he just want to looking a light that lost from his heart, but he didn’t have enugh confident to go near the light..,” from her words, it’s like she completely forgive him.

“Then. Look after me too, my brother too, we need a light so we can walk our path without a fear. We need that light, same with that person,” he said without looking at her, while she looking at him,

“Both of you, have another light, it’s your mother…I want to be the light for this case, so I can’t continue my life comfortably. After knowing the truth this much, I think that to continues till the end is the best choice after all, ” she said then close her eyes once again, wake me up if there is a call from Soojin.

The next morning, Ahyoung get a good news that Minjoon get caught right before his ship leave,

“I want to meet him, there are a lot of things that I want to ask to him, ” Ahyoung said when she meet Soojin in police station.

“Okay, but not now. For now, I’ll meet him and investigate him first, okay?,” she trying to persuade Ahyoung.

“Okay..I’ll wait for that day..,” then she took out her phone from her bag and texting Mingook..
